I really like these. It seemed cheap at first, the metal that holds the towels bends a little but they need to to get a thicker towel in. It does its job and looks good.

This is great for our guest bathroom. We used to place towels on counter in prep of guest coming. This is a much nicer solution and multiple of our family members who visited loved the upgrade.

For the $12 I paid and getting my towels off the shower curtain or toilet seat every time I shower, I am pleased. The box was a guide, which, at this price, was a pleasant surprise. I should’ve taped the cardboard to the wall as soon as I checked it was level the first time, screwed the unit on & left a bit of slack, then cut the cardboard off. Instead I did it the most difficult way possible and had to recheck if it was horizontally and vertically level at every step.The screws are the same color as the rack which gives a cleaner look. It does not hold an XL bath towel (I put one at the top to show, but I had to really shove it down and height-wise it wouldn’t fit in any other rung).It appears to be durable and well-made. I scratched it with scissors and screws a few times and there were no nicks in the paint.They sent extra hardware and anchors.

Cheap & Low Quality
Very poor quality. This towel holder rack is made from flimsy, low-grade metal and looks like something you’d find at a dollar store. It was nothing like I expected and didn’t feel sturdy at all. Ended up returning it—definitely not worth the price

Good towel rack – not as sturdy as I had hoped
This is a great towel rack but it’s not a sturdy as I had hoped. It was installed with ease, looks great and the towels were put in easily too. The issue I’m having is when you take the towels out it feels like I’m going to pull the rack out of the wall. I keep telling everyone to be gentle with it. We will see what happens but I’m concerned.
