Love it! Beautiful! Will need a glass wind guard!
This fire pit is almost perfect! It stands a bit higher than I actually wanted but other than that, perfect. If you put it in an area where there is a breeze, (and in most areas there is), you will need a glass wind shield. Be careful of the one you buy as it is recommended to have a 2 to 3 inch clearance on each side of the burner area for safety. I bought one too small and had to return it for a much larger one and they charged me a $20 return fee. This Fire pit goes together very easily, and starts right up with no issues. The blue included rock looks wonderful and is enough to cover the burner. Puts out heat for sure, but may not be enough for very cold winter evening, that’s something we have yet to find out. The look is beautiful, and the glass wind shield works perfectly, but without it, any breeze will blow the flame.

Nicer than I expected
First of all, and this has nothing to do with the quality of the product. As a Prime member, I expected to receive this item in a reasonable amount of time after ordering it on May 21st. It shipped on May 24th and was delivered on June 2nd. It took 12 days and the Fed-Ex tracking list looked like a tourist travelogue from California to Michigan…I fully expected the box to be dented and torn to shreds. Luckily, it was not and to my surprise, although it looked well traveled, there was no damage or missing parts. End of Rant but renewing my Prime membership next year is up for debate.Ok, on to the product. It comes completely disassembled except for the gas burner assembly. All parts are marked and easy to identify. There are reasonably clear step by step instructions and a Phillip’s screwdriver is all that is necessary to assemble this unit. Assembly took me about 45 minutes taking my time and reading the instructions thoroughly. If I had to do another one, I could almost cut that time in half. An assembly tip is to start the screws but don’t tighten until they are all in on each side.After assembly I looked the unit over thoroughly and could not find any flaws in the finish. This fire pit is largerand sits higher than I pictured it even though the dimensions were accurate…this is a good thing. It’s sturdy and weighs around 50lbs without a propane cylinder.It comes with 2 bags of Blue glass beads (for lack of a better word for them) that are adequate to cover the burner area. and look very nice. One side has a door with a magnetic latch that you open and insert a 20lb LP tank. All the proper fittings are there and no tools are required. Pop in the tank, turn on the gas and move to the control on the other side. This unit has a piezo ignition that does not require batteries or a thermocouple to operate. Here’s how it lights…Push in the knob, turn to the left (you will feel and hear a click) that’s the spark to light the gas. Let go of the knob and it is now lit and on low. Continue to turn the knob to the left (don’t push in again) and you will turn the burner up to high…you will see the flames rise through the glass beads. If you can light a gas barbecue, you can light this unit. That’s it, you’re done. Easy peasy.I invested $20 in a cover to keep the weather off so we’ll see how well it holds up but so far I’m happy and I’ll update my review at the end of the season.

Nicely constructed table that looks great.
This fire pit table is nice! The standard propane bottle of the type use in bbq grills in the USA fits right inside in a cradle built for it. We don’t know how long it burns on one tank of fuel as we have had it for only two weeks. Low seems very adequate for our use. It did not come with a wind deflector, so we ordered one after we received the table and took the correct dimensions. Turns out Bali sells one (of course) via Amazon, but for some reason it only appeared in our search on Amazon AFTER we received the table. Anyway, it’s very nice and the blue glass sets it off well.

GREAT customer service!
There is a lot to like about this Fire Pit Table. It’s put together well enough, and assembly wasn’t too complex. The flame/output is excellent for our back porch, producing a decent amount of heat and providing a great ambiance.The ignition is tricky. On my unit, I have to depress the ignitor and the gas access at the same time. Once lit, the unit works great.I want to comment on their customer service. Initially, the table was not what I expected. Then, after assembling it, I had an issue with the ignitor. In BOTH cases, customer service was prompt, courteous, generous, and helpful. They addressed my disappointment and immediately sent a replacement switch for the ignitor. GREAT CUSTOMER CARE.

Excellent product for the price.
I was very impressed with the packaging and quality of this fire pit.It was precisely packaged and wrapped. The corners were carefully protected with welded metal corners to avoid any shipping damage.Once opening and unpacking, you’re committed. It would be difficult to abort and repackage for return.All the parts are high quality with precise manufacturing methods. Stainless steel is used in several places. All the screws are fastened with quality brass rivet nuts. There are no cheap sheet metal screws. The design is very solid and well thought out.Assembly is straight forward and can be done in about 30 minutes if you’re mechanically inclined. If you’re not mechanically inclined, asking a mechanically inclined friend for help would be wise. Take your time and carefully follow the instructions. The instructions are very good.At the end of the installation, I didn’t realize it needed a aaa battery for the igniter. I also wasn’t aware that the control knob needs to be pressed in while the igniter is clicking. This is a good safety, but I was slow to catch on. It’s in the manual, but you might glance over these important details.All in all this is a wonderful fire pit. For the price, everything is very good quality.It’s my first Bali Outdoor product. This is a quality supplier.
