Great Home Security Camera
I bought two home indoors security cameras. Both of them functioned with all the features described online. Really easy to install and work with app to operate it. It provides an amazing images and video. I’m quite happy with them. Thank you!

Great Value, Customer Support helped when we had issues.
Was relatively easy to install and pair to the app on my phone. Quality is good enough for keeping an eye on the house. They offer 1 month renewable cloud storage (so you have to renew each month, but it’s free so you can’t beat that).Edit: Months later cloud storage no longer recognized camera and would not allow me to add it again. Months after that wifi connection keeps failing. I tried restarting camera, resetting router, hard reset of camera (only to be unable to add camera due to wifi connection failing). I noticed troubleshooting mentions wifi password cannot have special characters. Ours does and it had worked fine until then. I sent message 1 week ago through their customer support form on their website and no response.. Pretty disappointed in customer service and the fact that this camera has become useless. Very frustrating having to wait to get support (and not being able to speak to a person to resolve it immediately). Considering cameras are used for security, I’m not sure I would recommend this anymore.Edit #2: Support did contact me back and we worked through the problem. Our wifi has split 2.4 and 5ghz bands. Both are named the same thing and after an internet outage it looks like the camera was trying to connect to the 5ghz. I had to rename the 2.4 ghz and reconfigure the connection on the camera.

Decent camera with poor construction
I bought this camera because it’s affordable, and overall it does the basics well. Connectivity has worked fine for me, even at some distance, and I haven’t had issues so far.What I didn’t like is the build quality. The camera fell from barely 15 cm and already popped open. I managed to put it back together and it still works, but it feels fragile compared to other cameras I own that were even cheaper yet sturdier. Being a budget product shouldn’t be an excuse for poor durability.Also, this model doesn’t have auto-tracking, which is available in the Pro version.In short, it works and does the job, but the materials and construction quality could definitely be better.this is the cheap version of the others more expensive options. cant complain about the image quality because it works fine. they should have still let it have the autotracking option since even cheaper brands options has it. cough cough. just using it for a shortwhile. i think need to keep the construction quality consistent even if this camera is cheaper of the bunch since is not cheap cheap.the new version has no ethernet port this is so so sad…some improvement over the old version.the inclusion of a usb c port… good design choice in case the charger is missing is easy to find replacement.the new version seem to include auto tracking … the old version was static .and the low quality video profile kept the video ratio over the old version on low quality video has different video ratio over the clear version so when it look on low quality looked weird.theres improvement when adding a camera seems faster since theres a bluetooth to detect on the phone is pretty quick. in the past version scanning using the camera own it took a bit longer since you needed to pick the camera to read the code which works fast with good technique but not as convenient of the bluetooth of no scanning just straigth forwardhope for the next version to include back the ethernet port…

Great camera
I use this at my cabin. It has a good quality picture. Being able to pan around the room from a different location is a great feature. Easy to setup and use. It makes a nice security camera.

Reasonably priced and works well
Got the Reolink doorbell first, love it. No subscription needed, just an SD card. Then bought this indoor camera, love it too. Again, just need a SD card. Get the app and the set up was easy.
