Read this review BEFORE installing
Wow, so easy. I have several smart devices including smart wifi switches. Each generation gets better than the one before. I purchased the set of three switches that go in a single 3 gage box. If you’re doing the same, be sure to read the following. They come with a special 3 switch cover plate. The cover is 2 pieces, a front and a back. You must separate the front from the back and (this is important), install the back (mounting plate) BEFORE putting the screws in to mount the switches as the screws go through each switch AND the back plate. It’s a very clever system as the backing plate has small round tabs that fit holes on each switch which assures alignment of the switches. Once the back plate is installed behind all of the switches, the front plate just snaps on to the back. Make sure you are connecting them to 2.4ghz wifi as 5ghz won’t work. To put the switches into pairing mode, hold the switch button in until the green light comes on. Within a few seconds, the green light will begin to flash, that’s when you pair each one to the app. After that, my Alexa found all three switches right away, I didnt have to do anything. Some have complained that they only work intermittently or that they stop working all together. I suspect that’s a problem with their wifi or at least I hope so. If I have problems later, I will revise my review, but so far, I couldn’t be happier. These are connected to my entry lights that I leave on at night for my Airbnb guests but sometimes I forget. Now I can turn them on remotely and better yet, I will put them on a schedule to turn them on then off every evening and morning.

Easy to install, convenient
These switches are easy to install as long as you are slightly comfortable with wiring. It is super easy, but you should check your local ordinances and building codes to be sure you are doing it correctly and/or don’t need a permit. They were really easy to connect to Alexa. I have enjoyed having several lights connected to these switches and having them toggle on and off through Alexa when I’m not home.

Easy to setup using Smart Life App and works pretty well. Don’t know longevity yet. Came with dual gang faceplate and mounting plate, wire nuts, as well as 2 individual single pole face plates. Only complaint is the button indicator light. Who decided to use “green” for OFF and “red” for ON? Not very intuitive. “Green” for ON and no light when it’s OFF would make more sense

These things work perfect. I have never had an issue with them from delivery to install and use. Had them for about 1 month now and I am planning on getting more. The green light does not look cheap. In face I very much like it. At first I thought they would be flimsy but after installation I realized that I actually don’t need industrial grade prison tough light switches after all.Elbow approved. Foot approved. Knee approved. Head approved. Finger approved. Oh ya….it works with Google Home exactly how I imagined. Five Stars all the way

2 out of 4 failed within 2 months
I have installed 4 of these. (Smart Light switch) They are easy to setup. HOWEVER, within 1 month, 1 failed (wifi light went dead) and I returned it to Amazon for a replacement. Then, after about 2 months, another failed. I was still within the 60 day money back period, but no response from the vendor. So I finally spoke with an Amazon rep and got a full refund. To summarize, product works, but not for long.

Product works great and it easy to install, but I messed around for over an hour with the APP and couldn’t figure out how to add the switches, then I called a buddy who had them and he told me that there is an invisible check box next to the CONFRIM button. Once you find it you are good to go. The App developer should be fired.

This product works as advertised… Fairly simple to install, but you do require a neutral line (not just 2 lines) and a ground. Also, it’s important to note that this doesn’t work with a 3-way (2-switches for one light) configuration, and has no dimming capability. That said, it seems to work perfectly for what it’s designed for. This does take up a fair amount of room in the switch electrical box, so that may be a consideration for some as well.

Had my electrician install so not sure how easy it was to install but it looked fairly simple. But loved how easy it was to program and link to my Alexa. I just tell Alexa to turn on lights and voila!

Installed one of two no problems. No easier, no harder than other smart lights I have installed. Works well.All the reviews say the instructions are limited and bad, so ignored the instructions. When you add the device in the app, it will show a picture of a plug and you unplugging. Ignore. Just power off and on at the specified rate with the switch. The switch is also the reset button.When I login to the smart life it asks if I want ce smart or smart life. So I would not be surprised if you can configure the device in either app. But I did not try.In regards to the cover plate, do yourself s favour and get an unbreakable plate…
