Surprisingly sturdy!
Great little storage ottoman at a great price. As long as you recognise the potential limitations, this is a great product; the weight load says 330 lbs and that seems right, but beware the damage potential if someone or something under the weight limit jumps or falls onto a weak spot (impact weight/force would be higher). Also, the piece in the middle velcro’d inside the storage space is a critical, load-bearing piece of cardboard. Without that support you shouldn’t sit on it at all.I love that both sides of the lid piece open (hinged in the middle) so you don’t necessarily have to clear off the whole top to access the inside (my family tends to fill any and all flat surfaces immediately).If it gets wet we’re in trouble, but I don’t anticipate that (hopefully) or any other problems with this ottoman.

I have purchased this item in the past and have always been placed with it. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and looks good doing it. I would recommend it to anyone because it has plenty of storage space ànd doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Nice looking but short. Probably good in a kid’s room
I would say it’s a decent-looking, though short, storage ottoman / footrest. By my measurement, it is 13 inches tall, 12.75 inches wide, and 29 inches long. That is a little bit less than the described measurements but I guess it’s close enough… The materials are pretty decent, like the fabric on the outside has a slight sheen and seems good quality. It is structurally sturdy enough to hold me standing on it, and I’m nearly 200 lbs. Although once, I was standing on it and I heard a crack or pop and thought it started breaking, but it’s still working fine. That just scared me lol.The best part of this for me is the storage feature. It comes with a divider that goes in the middle, so I can put a group of things on one side and another group on the other side – I’m using one side for cat toys and the other for exercise equipment. It also opens one side at a time so that’s convenient if there’s stuff on top.My only sort of big complaint is how short it is, it’s significantly shorter than my couch’s seat level, so it’s a bit awkward as a footrest and more awkward as a seat. That might be okay if used in a kid’s room though, or if it needs to fit under a bed or something. Overall it’s good quality though and easy to assemble so 4 stars.

Very easy assembly, lots of storage capacity, in a stylish way, doesn’t feel like an adult could sit their weight on the bench, but a child definitely can, we use this in my son’s room and store books inside for a reading book by his window and love it for that. Would also be great for blankets, board games etc in a living room or shoes in an entry way, etc
