Lovely ottoman
This ottoman works well for sweater storage. I have it at the end of my king size bed, it looks beautiful. The storage space is large. It was not too difficult to put together. I think it is worth what I paid. The large springs work very well to hold up the top as you’re removing items. Well made and sturdy.

It needs more assembly than the description states (5 minutes).
The Amazon online pictures for this item and description of needed assembly was misleading. It looks like all that is needed is screwing in the 4 legs. When I opened the box I found 6 pieces that had be put together (2 sides, the front & back, the bottom). The top hinges and the 2 safety hinges had to be attached to the back and the safety hinges to the top and sides. The only directions received was a one page guide to screwing in the legs. There were no direction for the rest of the assembly. Luckily I have a little mechanical ability and was able figure out the assembly from looking at the online photo’s. Assembly took longer than the advertised 5 minutes. It should be noted the screws provided are self tapping and the are no pre drilled holes. There were “dots” on the bottom piece where screws were to be attached but no guides for the 4 top hinges. Despite all the assembly issues I still give it 4 stars: it looks nice and once assembled it seems sturdy.

Love this! I put this at the foot of my bed and it looks great and gives me extra storage! It was easy to assemble and has held up well.

Added new legs for height
This is an amazing ottoman with a lot of storage space. My only issue was the legs are too squatty and that makes the ottoman a little low for me. So I ordered 8 inch furniture legs from Amazon and just screwed them in and I like the clean modern look better and it is now a perfect height

It’s really nice after it’s finished but wow it took longer than I expected. It didn’t come with instructions, so I had to watch the video on Amazon and figure out where all the holes go. You have to make your own holes which was a pain. Lining up the cover and making your own holes at the same time was really challenging. It doesn’t feel very sturdy on the bottom but it looks nice.
