Sturdy unit
This is a sturdy, pretty well made unit. I bought this specific one due to the dual set up option and it seemed better quality. I haven’t have good luck with those heavy wire set ups in the past. I used the mounting bracket and ditched the over the door set up. (I don’t care for “over the door” units as they tend to shift and mar the door over time, especially if there’s any weight involved.) Tracks are fairly wide, sturdy and easy to put together, (although the instructions are pretty much worthless, but assembly is intuitive). I thought it was sort of dumb addition, but the included plastic hooks have come in handy. This is a bit more money than the other similar units, but I think the money is well spent.

Quality Piece, Easy to Assemble & Looks Great
My partner went grocery shopping and mentioned an Amazon package had arrived. I got excited and decided to assemble it before he got back. I’m always asking him to put things together, so I thought I’d handle this one on my own. It took me only about 20 minutes, and it was surprisingly easy to assemble. I was super proud of myself, especially since I finished just a few minutes before he returned.The only thing I hadn’t considered was the depth of the shelves. They’re a great size and can hold a lot, but the placement on my door means I can’t open it all the way. It’s not a big deal since I’m the only one who uses that door. Another minor issue is that the door won’t close completely—the hooks and screws on the frame prevent it from shutting fully. Again, since I’m the only one using it, it’s not a huge problem for me.Overall, it’s a fantastic product. Everything you need is included, it’s easy to assemble, and it holds a lot. I’ve placed it on the back of my bathroom door, and it works perfectly for my needs!

Very nice looking, works well. I only wish the front plates were affixed in place (instead of slid in/out) and the directions are of little help.

I’m using it to organize household chemicals. It cleared up space on the floor where I had a shelf and gave me room for other things. this is an excellent product – especially since it gives you the ability to attach it directly to a wall. Sturdy and well designed.

Caution if you’re buying more than one
Ordered 4 of these for on-wall installation. Got 2 pairs of matching sets from different product generations. They’re alike enough with the exception of the wall mount bracket and the stickers that support the cross rods. On the older design, these stickers, which are easily capable of ripping paint and drywall paper off the wall, spin around making it difficult to hook the top into the wall mount then angle the rack down so that all these stickers all lay flat. Once they make contact with the wall, if you want to move them, you’re ripping drywall paper off the wall.I don’t mind the different designs because they’re installed inside a walk-in pantry and I paired up the like designs together.Of my 4 items, one was missing a front wood panel, and two had bent pins where the shelves rest on the downrods. I bent the pins straight and they did not break off.The shelves and the wood fronts and the retainers for tall items all fit very loosely, there’s no sturdiness. I would probably not install this product on a door. In my case I can’t, it’s not that the gap is too small above the door, it’s that my door closes flush and there’s no room for the J bracket at the top on the inside face of the door. I would need to move the door strike plate to do a door mount.All the pictures show the J mount on the inside of the door, but on the outside of your pantry door, you’re going to have a part that sticks out with a knob that allows the product to support a range of door thicknesses. So it’s all shiny happy time on the inside, but the outside looks stupid.I threw out the lol are you kidding tiny screws and wall anchors that came with the product and used actual hardware. But I come from the school that if you can’t hang from it, it’s not installed right. I can’t trust cans and jars and bottles of liquid to toy screws. And these are just that little.And yeah, typical assembly instruction quality we come to expect from Amazon vendors. Five steps, and no caution/warning/suggestion content because I guess translators are expensive? Or maybe paper is expensive? Seems screws certainly are.

Several shelves were damaged and bent out of shape. Returned for refund. Whole unit seemed sturdy if not for the damage would have been happy with my purchase.
