All the tools and screws do work, trust me
Directions at first were a bit confusing but I only needed the tools supplied to do both a right handed drawer and then a left handed drawer. I will admit I am bit of a gemologist so I know when something is backwards or forwards, but the tools and the screws were well provided, plus a couple of extras if you lost them along the way . This is quite ingenious and I wish I bought this earlier. It perfectly fit under my sink

It seems pretty strong. It’s bigger than you think. Most people have a garbage disposal apparently unlike AOC. YouTube that. Lol. Anyways it doesn’t fit under my kitchen sink. Might put one under each bathroom.

Use these under the sink if my RV. I love the fact that I can reach down and pull the shelf out on the slider. Not too hard to put together and extremely handy! Has enough room in between on the bottom shelf to store my pots and pans
