Modern, high-quality furniture, good value and excellent seller
Most of what I found while searching for patio furniture for a new, modern home looked like my grandmother’s garage sale remnants, so I was quite happy when this set arrived as it is not only less expensive than most sets, but is modern-looking with a sleek design. Finishes are all perfect and it was packed very well for shipping. The cushions are thick, comfortable, and are a great color. The assembly was easy and tools are provided, although I was very happy to have the right size hex head for my ratcheting screwdriver. TIP: don’t tighten everything until the end — you will need a little bit of wiggle room to get the arms on.Here is where the whole thing could have gone bad, but didn’t: the furniture arrived with some small parts missing, so I couldn’t assemble the chairs. I contacted the seller, and Oasbira had to order them from China, and took care of everything, providing tracking and keeping me informed via email in a courteous and efficient way. The parts arrived sooner than promised, along with the tools to install them. Although there was a delay in my use of the chairs, I highly recommend this seller for taking what could have been a bad experience and turning it very positive.

Stylish, Comfortable, and Sturdy!
Absolutely love this patio furniture set! The aluminum frame is both lightweight and durable, making it easy to move around but still very sturdy. The cushions are thick, comfortable, and the covers are easy to remove and wash. It looks modern and fits perfectly on our deck. Took around 3 hours to assemble. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space!

Excellent value, sturdy, and beautiful patio set
This set is a great value for the price. The seat cushions are firm and comfortable. The dimensions are as stated. Once together, everything feels really sturdy and putting it together was a breeze. Except for the sofa that was a little hard, but I was just putting it together by myself and it wasn’t too bad. The only complaint I have with the set is at the back rest cushions are not as firm as the seat cushions are, and when you sit back, sometimes the cushion can be forced through the bars of the back of the frame or the part you’re resting against will just compress enough so that you can really feel the bars of the frame. But most of the time it is very comfortable I’m super pleased with the value and how it looks.

Super Value, Awesome Customer Service!
This is a remarkably well-designed set. Very sturdy aluminum construction and very simple assembly, I had the whole set completed in about an hour and a half by myself. The pieces are very light and easy to move but not so light that they slide when sitting or getting up, especially with the cushions on. The paint is smooth and powder coated but will still scratch like almost any paint on metal. The polystyrene armrests and table top look like wood with a nice woodgrain texture. The cushions are comfortable and thick but they do slide around on the smooth frame even with the corner ties. Not a big deal for me but it seems to bother some. I could see laying a nonslip rug mat under them to help reduce slip. The fabric seems very durable and is easily removable for washing. I’m sure it could hold up if left out in the rain but I’ll cover or stow mine when possible.One problem arose with the center legs on the sofa and love seat. After assembly the bracket attaching the legs to the frame had enough play on the single centered screw to rotate forward and back about 20 degrees each way. I contacted Oasbira through Amazon messaging and we had a constructive conversation that lead to an acceptable fix. At no point did they try to deny or blame me and were very responsive to my concerns. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and would buy from them again.Even with the small problem I highly recommend this set and this seller!

**UPDATE # 2** Not bad, not the best
Ok let’s be honest. We purchased the 2 chair, sofa and coffee table. Assembled was easy, however a nut was cross threaded on the package, so I had to dig into my personal stock.The chairs look good and they compliment our patio.They aren’t the most comfortable chairs. When you sit down you feel the metal supports under the cushions. Not in a bad way, but you feel them. The cushions also slide around. This is why it gets a 3 star.I will keep the chairs since they do the job and the price was fitting.Update:Below is the response we received. We chose to get the new cushions etc…. Once we receive the new products I will update as needed.Hello, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We noticed that you mentioned feeling the metal frame when sitting down, and that the cushion slides. We are truly sorry for this. Due to product optimization, the new version of the cushion is designed with straps to prevent sliding. Could you kindly confirm if the seat cushions you received have straps? If not, we would be happy to send you a replacement seat cushion covers with straps. Additionally, we are also willing to send you extra anti-slip mats. The seat cushions are wider and thicker, but due to differences in the batches of foam and fabric used for production, the firmness of the seat cushions may vary slightly, which could cause you to feel the metal frame.
