Starting Review: Good, functional, comfortable, light
Starting review. No issues. Good for storage, Leg rest, and sitting if you’re light enough to not break it. Looks good, feels fine. It’s a good design for how long that’s yet to be determined. But a good first impression. A bit on the heavy side but not a real issue so far.

Good storage bench, HORRIBLE smell.
The storage bench came and is in good shape. Pretty sturdy. Does seem a little smaller than I expected. However it has the worst chemical smell to it. We bought it for use in our camper and the whole camper now smells like the same chemical smell.

Great quality. Adds nicely to the room. Being able to store junk in something that looks sophisticated is wonderful. It adds seating to the room as well, and the convenience of being able to open one side at a time instead of removing the whole lid to access content is fantastic, especially if one buys the large one. This is the second I’ve bought and will be buying a third.

You get what you pay for. It’s not high-end…. economy quality. Functional…that for sure! Material is what you’d expect looking at the pictures….but the stitching is what makes it look inexpensive.

It somewhat worries me that this collapsible ottoman comes with instructions that show someone sitting on it. In no way shape or form would I guess that. It’s collapsible, and while it will support the weight of your feet/legs, an average sized adult is risking breaking the unit, and their tailbone/pride, if they put too much bulk on it.The other thing very noticeable about this unit right out of the package is the smell. It is… not pleasant. This is a faux leather top and fabric body, not sure the exact composition bout the odour is foul. Hopefully that fades with time. In terms of size, it’s decent, not massive, longer than it is wide. It consists of two separate boxes that make up the bottom, that attach together with velcro. The top is a single piece that can lift up from either side and just sits on top. Decent storage space inside.I did have to trim a couple of loose strings around the decorative buttons affixed to the cushions. They do seem intact though.
