Works great when you can pop it up.
We installed these outlets 2 months ago, in an outdoor, built in BBQ, under a fully coveree overhang. On multiple occassions the device does not pop up and remained stuck inside the housing with no way to get it up. Had to get very sticky tape, attached it to the top and pull up. Didnt always pop up, but after a few tries it comes back up. Very poor pop up quality. If they can somehow find a fix to this problem I would give it a 4 star as the pop up mechanism is rather cheap.

Functional but sticks at times
Purchased 2 of these and really like them. Only issue is one gets stuck at times and won’t raise up like it’s supposed to. I thought maybe I got a bad one so returned and replaced but the new one I got also sticks and doesn’t always raise up like it should. It’s annoying but not enough to replace again. We leave them up most of the time anyway. Just wanted the option to close it if I wanted to.

Horrible product
I ordered 2 of these. One wouldn’t pop up at all upon install. And the other one after a day you had to force to pop up and back if it worked at all. Also, in the description there was no wireless feature but in the directions said it had a wireless charger. I reordered a different brand and they worked perfectly. I would have given it zero stars but you can’t submit a zero
