Nice little nightstand
Nice little nightstand. It is well made, for what it is. It went together well. You need to keep working at having no gap between the pieces of outer shell, so it doesn’t wobble. It took about 3 hours to complete. The light strip is too long, but just wrap it around. When done, it looks nice, the lights are impressive. The plugs on top are handy for charging. The two drawers are a good size and glide nice. It a good height for a short bed.

Nice nightstand but some points to consider before buying
The white nightstand looks nice, the handles are sturdy, and the drawers glide easily. The white finish has a subtle shimmery effect when light shines on it. The size is good and the fact that there two drawers makes it very useful. The lights and remote work great. There are many color, brightness, and pattern settings. The built in outlets and USB ports are a handy feature and the power strip is ETL listed and UL compliant. I like that there is a USB port on the bottom for the lights so that both top ports are usable.The parts arrived well protected. There were no broken piece, scratches, marks, etc. All of the needed hardware was included. Putting together the nightstand was not difficult. The instructions have a few minor mistakes but nothing that caused incorrect assembly. The hardware and steps are similar to other ready to assemble furniture. One thing to watch out for overtightening the screws. It’s very easy to strip out screw holes in particle board. There are passageways for the light strips and wires, which is helpful. I had to be careful when peeling the backing off of the adhesive. The adhesive wants to come off with it. Once I got it going, the rest of the backing peeled off easily. I didn’t have any problem getting the lights to stick. They were a little longer than the width of the nightstand so I bent them around the corners a little bit.There are a few negatives I’d like to point out:1. The nightstand is made out of cheap particle board. That type of material doesn’t doesn’t hold screws very well, especially if the nightstand gets moved around. It can also fall apart if it gets wet. MDF isn’t perfect either, as it can swell up when wet, but generally it is a better material for furniture.2. The top drawer was hitting the shelf above. The predrilled holes were a little off. I had to remove the screws from the front end of the outer rails and create new, slightly lower holes (using a different set of holes in the rails).3. The USB ports are only rated for a total of 2 amps (10 watts). If the lights are on and you have both top ports in use, there won’t be much power available for each device.4. The wire for the bottom light strip just goes around the bottom shelf before going under the nightstand. The wire could get pinched between the nightstand and the wall or trim. It would have been better if there was a small passthrough cutout instead.Despite the negatives, I do think this is a nice nightstand and give it four stars. The caveats are that I wouldn’t buy it if kids who are rough on furniture are going to be around it. In a few years it could be falling apart. Also, the list price is too high. On sale it can be a good buy. Otherwise there are better options for less.
