If the metal plate is installed upside down, the screws will appear short. To fix this:

Make sure the metal plate is facing outward. Reinstall it correctly, aligning the screw holes so the screws are securely installed at the proper length.

2. How do I charge the product?

We use removable rechargeable bulbs in our wall sconces and only need to replace the bulbs. If you need more replaceable bulbs, you can search for B0D795Z639
