Solid product, but missing hardware makes it frustrating.
The barstools are sturdy, but they both came with missing washers. I followed the instructions to a tee, but both were missing hardware. They also didn’t provide the correct number of screws according to the instructions. Fortunatly, they all worked to build the stools. Good product, but when they don’t send the necessary hardware, it’s very frustrating to build the stools. Now I have to go to the hardware store to get the missing washers. I’m not going to call the manufacturer because of missing washers… It’s easier to replace them myself. But the point is, I shouldn’t have to.

Very good customer service
One chair came damaged but the seller is going to replace the set. Otherwise very nice and sturdy. Very good customer service. Unfortunately the replacement chairs came also damaged. They don’t put enough padding in the box to protect the chairs from rubbing on the cardboard box. So they gave us some money off the original chairs but now we have 1 good chair and 3 damaged chairs 🤔

Perfect for Our Kitchen Island!
We were looking for counter-height stools that would match our farmhouse decor, and these are absolutely perfect! The finish is beautiful and looks even better in person. They are surprisingly comfortable to sit in for long periods, which is great since we use our kitchen island for everything from meals to working on the laptop. The 24″ height was exactly right for our standard counter. Highly recommend!
