✅ The bench is robust and well-constructed, making assembly a breeze!
Assembling this piece was surprisingly straightforward, even for someone of my age! I appreciated that the back was secured with screws rather than flimsy nails, which added to its sturdiness. Taking my time to ensure each component was oriented correctly paid off, especially with the easy-to-install hinges that allowed the doors to swing open effortlessly. The entire structure feels robust and visually appealing, with every part clearly labeled, including the screws and dowels. I highly recommend using a power screwdriver, as the number of screws could make manual assembly quite tedious. The package arrived in excellent condition, with all items well-protected, and the assembly process was enjoyable, thanks to the clear instructions and thoughtful inclusion of extra parts. While two people can tackle the project, it’s manageable for one, especially if you’re comfortable following instructions similar to those for LEGO sets.The only aspect that fell short was the seat pad, which, while functional, had a slightly loose fabric fit. The seams and overall finish were satisfactory, but the material quality could be improved, prompting us to consider recovering it in the future. A nice touch in the kit was the inclusion of stretchy gloves to keep your hands clean while assembling, which we found handy for cleaning up styrofoam debris. If you’re working with a partner, having two Phillips-head screwdrivers on hand will streamline the process, although a power drill isn’t necessary.The bench is robust and well-constructed, making assembly a breeze. It has performed admirably over the past month since its arrival, and I am pleased with my purchase.

Box arrived beat up, but everything was well-protected inside and bench went together easily. The instructions and pieces were clearly labeled with extras included. Everything seemed well thought out and it was a fun project to put together. There were two of us assembling, but one person could have done it if. If you can follow lego instructions, this is a piece of cake!The seat pad is the only item that didn’t feel as high quality. Works fine, but fit of fabric around cushion is a little loose. Seams and finish are good, but fabric is not the best. We’ll probably recover at a later time.One cute item in the kit is that they include a pair of stretchy gloves to protect your hands. We used it to wipe off the styrofoam crumbs. Also, if there are two of you putting it together, grab two Phillips-head screwdrivers to use since there are a lot of screws. No need for a power screw driver/drill.

Not going to get much better for the price
For the cost this is really nice. It is fairly easy to follow the instructions and it looks like it will hold up. I like it holds pretty much any size person sitting on it and even has some storage.

This is a cute little storage bench and exactly the size I was looking for. It came quickly and though tedious, was easy to put together, and the instructions were great. I wish it was a little more heavy duty, but for the price, I am very pleased. Great addition to my bathroom remodel.

Perfect shoe bench for our home!
We absolutely love this shoe bench! It looks great, keeps everything organized, and is surprisingly sturdy. The hidden storage is perfect — even the kids can’t figure out how to open it and grab the shoes out, which keeps everything neat and in place! It’s the perfect addition to our entryway and makes the space look clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

It was fairly easy to put together even for this old guy! I really liked the fact that the back is attached with screws and not those skinny nails. I just took my time, double checked that I had the right piece in the right direction. Loved the hinges, so easy to install. A little push in and the doors pop right open and they are hung perfectly! It feels solid and looks great. All the parts have a sticker ID, even the screws, dowels, hinges….everything. I’d recommend having a power screw driver because there are a lot of screws and if I had to do it by hand I’d still be working on it.
