Perfect Upgrade from Her Old Torchlight!
I purchased this lamp to replace my granddaughter’s old torchlight, and what an upgrade it’s been! This EDISHINE LED floor lamp has transformed her room and made bedtime reading so much more comfortable.So Much Better Than a Torchlight: Her old torchlight was dim, awkward to position, and broken so that we couldn’t dim or brighten the light. This floor lamp provides consistent, bright lighting exactly where she needs it without any of those frustrations. No more fumbling with flashlights or straining her eyes to read!Perfect Brightness for Young Readers: The 1300LM brightness with adjustable color temperatures (2700K–6500K) is fantastic. I can set it to a warm, cozy glow for bedtime stories or brighten it up when she’s doing homework. The stepless dimming lets me adjust it perfectly for her comfort level.Remote Control is a Grandparent’s Dream: The remote control makes it so easy for me to adjust the light from across the room without disturbing her. The perfect lamp for life
I got this lamp because even though I have at least 4 other sources of light in my home office, it never seems to be quite enough light and not bright enough to see what I’m doing, especially while I’m sewing. That all changed when this light came into my life.It arrived very well packaged, with each piece neatly packed into Styrofoam and held securely. This kept the pieces from getting damaged or lost so I greatly appreciated that.Setup was pretty easy – just screw the pieces together as shown. It was a little challenging getting the stem screwed into the base since it’s a nice, tight fit, but using two hands I was able to get it securely connected.I love that the light has a remote that sticks magnetically to the lamp pole, which is super convenient. The lamp also has a few buttons right on it so the lighting can be adjusted and turned off/on with the lightest touch.The goose neck feature enables the lamp to bend as needed and it stays where it’s placed. This has been so helpful to easily move the light between my work table and sewing machine as I work through projects. The cord is a nice long length so I can move it across my small home office with ease.It can get very bright too. I typically just use the bright work mode, but there are several pre-set settings for easy options as well as a variety of buttons on the remote to adjust to the perfect lighting.The base is more compact than other floor lamps I’ve had, measuring about 8.5″ across and 1″ in height. This is great since I move it around frequently so it easily fits under and around other furniture.I have nothing but positive things to say about this lamp. It was exactly what I needed and I just love everything about it, from how easy it was to put together, its slim, compact size, all the useful features, and how bright it can get. It’s perfect for me.

Great features at a great price
This lamp is futuristic! Fantastic! I got it for a reading nook in our guest bedroom. It has adjustments for brightness as well as color temperature. Someone who is trying to wind down for bed would want something different from someone trying to read up on family history. This lamp does it all. The buttons on the pole of the lamp are intuitive, and if the symbols don’t make sense at first the lamp is very responsive. Anyone could figure it out, which is important for a guest room. It also has a remote control which I will leave by the bed. Assembly was very easy – It arrives in sections, but the electrical wire was already run through the entire lamp; so there were no decisions to be made as far as what connects to what. The cord is the perfect length, leaving enough room to place the lamp where it will be most useful. It is an excellent lamp for the price. I highly recommend this lamp, and I’m sure my guests will too!

Love the lamp and the various light colors
Once again, like my other reviews I will highlight why it lost a star. Nothing major but just the fact you can see in the base there is the hole for the cord to go through, even a channel in the base for it to slide out the side but this lamp does not utilize it, it just runs out the poles before entering the base. It is small and minor but would make it look nicer.With that out of the way, it isn’t a huge factor because I love the lamp and it is perfect for behind my couch since you can flex it up when not in use and if reading or doing other work you can pull it down and turn it on. The buttons on the side of the lamp work great so you don’t need to fumble for the remote but you do have the remote as an option.You can simply touch the button to adjust the color temp or the brightness.
