High Quality, easy installation
I love the male insert type wire connection. The quality is considerably better than the typical smart switches found on Amazon. These have less wire bulk inside the electrical Switch box and make for easier installation. I also use these for 2-way and 2-way switches. The wiring is a little more complex but the ease of use of the ‘Always Centered’ toggle switch, makes for more intuitive operation. (Up is on, Down is off)I’m sure that many are resistant of the higher price, but that is outweighed easily by the quality and reliability of these units, not to mention the higher security or the Z-Wave.I’m also a big fan of S-Wave. At first, I got Z-Wave for security but after replacing my router and having to reconnect all of my non-Z-Wave switches and devices, I’m now a fan of long-term use and reliability as well. The separate Z-Wave module just plugged into the new Switch/Router/Modem/Gateway, and it was seamless.

Work Perfect
These switches work perfect. Easy to install and link to my Hubitat. For all those saying the backlight doesn’t work take a look at the photo. You have to read ALL the instructions to learn how to toggle the backlight. It’s not enabled by default. Basically you flip the swith up 3 times in a row and then quickly down. Each time you do this it will toggle (cycle) the backlight to the next available mode. You can have it off (default setting) Always on or only on when switch is turned off.By the way, the picture is showing the Almond Switch with a White wall plate. As you can see there is not a major contrast.

Works great, super reliable.
They work perfectly with my Hubitat. I was going to order dimmers, but stumbled upon these for $9. I set them up with LED’s on when off, so you can see them in the dark, except my garage light switch in the kitchen, is set up with the LED on when “on”, so I can see, at a glance, if they garage light was left on. The pairing was easy and they’ve stayed reliably connected. They are much more reliable than my Sengled bulbs. Almond is not the same almond as any other switch or plate. They’re almost white and the difference with white plates is almost unnoticeable.

can’t hold on to all the wires
wire kept coming lose while putting the unit in place and even putting the light switch next to it in place only the top two locations. the bottom 2 held great. switched worked as described night light was a small blue dot.

Perfect and set up in less than a minute.
Four stars because I couldn’t find white switches. Otherwise perfect! I’m using Samsung SmartThings for controlling. After physically installing the switch, I scanned the QR code and 30 seconds later, the switch was setup and working.

A good value for a Z-Wave switch
I replaced eight (two sets of three, plus two others) wall-mounted outside lights on the back of our house. The old LED fixtures had dusk-to-dawn and dual-brightness motion detection, but several had stopped functioning properly and most had become badly faded as well. So I decided it would be more cost effective to use inexpensive fixtures with LED bulbs and z-wave switches to turn them on 20 minutes after dusk and off 20 minutes before dawn. After a bit of research I chose these switches. As at least one other reviewer has noted, these are made by Jasco, and I’ve used a number of other GE/Jasco z-wave switches in the past without issue, so that was actually a plus for me (but apparently not for that reviewer!) The bottom of the box refers to them as ZW4009, but that wasn’t a choice in the list present by my hub software, so I tried ZW4003, which is a GE/Jasco wall-mount switch, and these both paired with my z-wave hub easily and are working fine. The toggle looks funny because it returns to the center after you activate it. You lift up to turn the lights on, and then it returns to the center when you release it. You press down to turn the lights off, and it returns to center again. It has an integrated LED in the toggle, with the default being always off, which is what I want, but there are three other modes, and the instructions provide the process for doing that. The switches require a neutral wire, which is always the case with switches that can control different kinds of lighting, so if your house doesn’t have neutral wires inside the switch box, you’ll want to do some research on how to accommodate that. The switch fits into existing gang boxes well … I installed one as the right switch in a 2-gang box, and the other in the middle of a 3-gang box, with no fit issues, although in both cases the adjacent switches were standard manual switches, which are smaller. The switch is on-off only, no dimming function. All in all, I’m very pleased. The cost is reasonable, the function is intuitive, and the installation was easy.

Great devices and pair well with Alexa/Ring without the use of an app!
These work great for my use. I am glad they have Ivory now and that they are the slim version. The Fit well; you just have to know that you must connect a white/neutral wire to them for them to work. I have always had good results with these and the Z-Wave Plus devices.

Easy to program
Essy to install and program if using it for a single switch. 3- way switch installation is a little non-standard on the wiring but is easy to figure out with the instructions however it requires a different switch to make that work. Using 2 of these won’t work like you would think.
