Awesome wall shelf
I bought this for my son for Christmas. It was shipped quickly, he said it was fairly easy to put up and appears to be very durable. The description was right on target. The color was great and perfect for the money spent.

Decent for the price; must off gas outside
The bookshelf is overall pretty nice when it’s all together. It’s basically particle board and then the backing is a really thin sheet. It is a lot of steps to put together and you definitely need 2 people to put the top onto the bottom. My only complaint is that is has a horrible smell. I put all the parts outside on a covered porch and let it air out for a full week and that took care of the smell. Out of the box, the smell was so bad we couldn’t even sleep. I tried emailing the seller to find out if it’s made with formaldehyde glue but never really got a straight answer. Thankfully the smell seems to go away after a week of letting it off gas outside. I wouldn’t buy it unless you have a garage, attic, or covered porch to let it air out before bringing the parts inside.

Wonderful shelf for books and storage.
Beautiful bookshelf. Great quality. Perfect size for my living room. Took my husband a few hours to put together but no issues and all parts were included and labeled for easy assembly. Would buy again.

Building difficulties
Honestly, it’s very nice, except for a few details…the instructions are pictures only & some details are small & difficult to see. You also really need minimum 2 people, 3-4 would be best for lifting purposes. Many times you have to put a large section together but then have to lift it onto another or flip it completely. Towards the end the instructions actually tell you to place the bottom, on top of the top half, secure it, then flip it COMPLETELY UPSIDE DOWN!! Also, almost half of the pieces came unlabeled. We had to guess & compare so many pieces, I’m shocked it honestly even went together. One of the base pieces, the screws wouldn’t screw into the board, you could turn & screw continuously & they wouldn’t latch. Luckily some e6000 & the cam locks are holding it in place. Lastly, the stickers they send to cover the camlocks, don’t stick. They’ve all fallen off.Other than those difficulties, we were able to finally get it together. It took us about 2 hours & I highly recommend an electric screwdriver.On top of that, the price dropped $50 the week after I ordered it, but of course the only way to get the price adjustment is to return the entire thing & re-order. That’s too inconvient. The boxes (comes in 2) totals about 170 lbs.Improvements for me would be adjustable shelves.
