SMELL IS HORRIBLE
Edit: 4 months later…. I decided to paint the inside of the drawers with 2 layers of killz-it paint and 2 coats of exterior house paint and the smell is still so horrendous. I am starting to become afraid that it might be formaldehyde in the glue. A part of me wants to just throw it away because I don’t want to risk getting cancer because of a cheaply made dresser. This has by far been the most devastating purchase I have ever made! Sellers never responded to my complaints! They wanted me to send a video of the smell…….. they had no want nor desire to refund me. They know their product is actual chemical trash. I’m not sure what chemicals they used to make this but DO NOT BUY IT. Don’t risk your health for this!! You can’t put clothing in it without the smell leaching into your clothes.I love the look of them. It was exactly the style and color I wanted. They are extremely heavy and sturdy. I got the night stands and the long dresser. My only complaint is one drawer will not stay on the hinges and the smell is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if it’s glue or what but it’s a repulsive chemical smell. I’ve tried washing the drawers multiple times. I’ve used dawn dish soap. I’ve used vinegar. I’ve used bleach. I cannot get the smell out of the dresser so unfortunately I just have a big decorative dresser now for my TV to sit on because I can’t put my clothing in it without the smell leaching into my clothing causing them to stink. I don’t want to take it apart to return it because that’s such a hassle. I’m just hoping with time the smell will eventually fade. This is my first time buying a dresser set off Amazon. Next time I’m just going to bite the price tag at a furniture store. It sucks because I wanted the tall dresser that matches but I’m afraid it’s going to stink like this other one.

Good but needs additional work
As many of the other reviews said, the drawers don’t stay on the tracks. They fall off constantly. With that being said, if you can order better tracks and install them, it is a beautiful piece of furniture. It cost me an additional $90 to order all the tracks. I did speak with the company and we reached an agreement on what was fair for a refund. So all in all, aside from track quality, this is a beautiful piece of furniture and good quality for the price. Yes it is engineered wood. However, as I was removing the old tracks and adding the new tracks, it took a beating and they were absolutely no scratches or damage done to the furniture while this change was being completed. The company did make things right. I feel good about the customer service.Now, with all that being said, I would not order this furniture unless you are prepared to reinstall new tracks. In fact, I would not order this furniture without ordering new tracks at the same time to make it easier on yourself. You can order strong sliding tracks. Twelve inches for about twelve to sixteen dollars a pair.For me, because I am mechanically inclined, I would absolutely order this again. I do feel the quality is worth the price. Along with customer service makes it a good buy. If you are not good at reading schematics without words or installing new tracks, then do not buy. It did take me about 8 hours alone, start to finish to build and modify. Again, I do believe it’s worth it if you are committed to making adjustments and have the time.4 stars only because I do believe the company should change their product (trackers) after all the complaints. They should find pieces that fit, get a new supplier of tracks. But they haven’t. However, they did make it right. It unfortunately requires extra steps that aren’t necessary.I’ve included before and after pics. GG he drawers after track replacement align the drawers and make them look beautiful.

This is a great dresser! We got this, the 8 drawer dresser, and two nightstands for our bedroom, and we love each piece! It did take a long time to put together and was a bit of a pain, but it only takes one person if you take your time and follow the direction. You do need a drill for the back of the dresser. The drawers fit more than you would think and open and close easily. Overall, I am ever impressed with how these turned out and how nice they look in their bedroom! I highly recommend these.
