Does this security camera outdoor support 24/7 continuous video recording?
To conserve battery life, this wireless camera does not support 24/7 continuous recording. It only supports motion-triggered video recording now.
What’s the difference between motion alerts and SD card/cloud recordings?
Our app keeps a record of the last 7 days of motion alerts for you. (10s videos for 2 days, images for 5 days.) SD card recording requires insertion of a micro SD card. Cloud service is an optional feature.
How do I install the solar panel?
You can install the solar panel in two ways: It screws directly onto the top of the camera. You can also install it separately in a location with better sunlight. It allows you to choose the installation method that best suits your needs.
How to Receive Motion Alerts and View Alert Clips on My Camera?
Please enable the motion alert feature via the camera app: Camera settings ->Motion alert ->Switched to On; Then access your motion alert clip through “Alert” page within the app. Not available through the “Replay mode”.

Solid solar camera with clear video
I’ve been using this camera for a while and it has done a good job overall. The video is clear during the day and at night, and the notifications arrive quickly when there is motion. The solar panel keeps the battery charged, so I haven’t had to take it down for charging. Setup through the app was straightforward, and the connection has been stable around my home. So far I’m pleased with its performance and features.

No buyers remorse here, these cameras exceeded my expectations.
Exceptional video and two way communication. Super easy to install. The little solar panels really perform great as well as the batteries. A couple days of clouds, no problem the batteries keep them functioning as normal. Plus you can install them almost anywhere due to not needing to hardwire. I still can’t believe the quality for the money. I worked for a business a few years ago where we had 4 fixed cameras installed for $12k. The video was crappy at best and no movement. For under $200 you can’t beat them!

Great quality easy to set up great viewing angle per camera.
Really great four pack of cameras. Very easy to set up great fit and finish. The camera’s have a really good movement and the AI tracking is premium quality. The SD card storage is a nice bonus. On top of that the cloud storage is also available. Works with my Google / Alexa devices. Has really good range and charges well from the solar panels. The connectivity stayed connected to my router without any issues. The camera has a lot of viewing angles and one camera can cover a large area.

Camera setup via soft AP was quick and easy, feature set is amazing, night vision is bright and sharp (daytime is beyond amazing!), solar panel seems to keep it the device well charged and has options for battery saver and customizable options for your unique situation. PTZ controls work smoothly.

Easy install and good funtionality
I really like these cameras for several reasons. The first is the color. I got the black and they actually blend in better with my house than my older white ones, I have a brown color house. The second thing I liked was that the solar panel can be attached directly to the camera. My older set had the solar panels but they had to be mounted separately and I always had trouble hiding the wires. On these I can attach the wires directly to the camera body and they blend in well. The installation was fairly easy and they connect up well with the app. They have good video quality both during the day and at night. I did not experience any jerkiness or glitches with the video display. Overall functionality was as I expected and I could move the sight line from the app with ease. I love the fact that I can view what’s going on around my house while I am away.

Great value
Good cameras nice quality images works good. My only thing is I can’t figure out how to get them to record 24/7. They do record while there is motion detection. My only issue is if something happens that’s beyond the camera’s range of detection it doesn’t record it. My old outdated camera’s recorded 24/7 on a continuous loop but still alerted me if any motion. I was hoping these did as well but I can still view the cameras from anywhere. I can still adjust them from anywhere as well as talk through them. So they are still 5 Star quality just wish they recorded 24/7 on a continuous loop.

Great Set, Clear picture and easy to setup and use.
I purchased the 6 pack GALAYOU 2K cameras as a present for my dad. There are instructions on how to set up the camera on your network included. I selected the camera type in the Wansview app. To set up the camera, I used the scan method to connect the camera to my network. It was easy. Just hold your smartphone up to the app and scan the QR code, then listen to the audio prompts from the camera as it tells you what’s going on, then continue to follow instructions in the app. I put my own 128 gig memory SD card into the camera(s). The phone app can review live video or stored video using your phone app as well as on the SD card. I recommend getting a SD card. My cameras charge up using the sun each day to 100%, as you can check battery status in the smartphone app. There are several really nice features. You can have the spotlight turn on when motion is detected at night. You have the ability to hear what’s going on as well as talk to whatever is near the camera. I like that you can go back and review what was recorded by date and time.They are solar so all you do is charge it once and solar does the rest with no cords at all. So far on cloudy days I have not seen any concern as the battery shows full all the time. The sensitivity can be adjusted as well as distance of detection. The Wansview app is very solid and has many features that also allow you to talk to the person if you want, as well as notify you of an alert. You can zoom in the picture to see closer and set the picture to full screen on your phone app. The echo show also lets you zoom in. The ability to set up each camera in about 5 minutes, a perfect picture, ability to see the cameras using the app on my pc to look at all the cameras at once is perfect. I recommend these cameras to anyone who wants security and just the ability to look at an area quickly when they get a notification.

I wasn’t sure how this camera would perform in Canadian weather but so far it has kept itself charged and recording through heat, rain, snow and below zero temperatures. Very clear picture and great range.
