Great Tree Rack
The product was exactly what I was looking for. I wished the instructions were a bit clearer in assembling the tree. It took longer than expected.It seems pretty sturdy. I needed to replace the one that I had with something more stable and able to hold more weight

Don’t over screw the base!!
The coat rack is beautiful but what you are not told is that if you screw the base into the top part a smidge too far, the entire tree is not usable!! It immediately wobbles and is unusable! Maybe the directions should say do not turn the base too far- unfortunately the coat rack is now on the front lawn for scrap wood!Incredibly disappointing and i would love either a replacement or my money back!!I really wanted this to work! It fit my decor perfectly!

It’s pretty and was easy to put together. It’s very sturdy. One downfall was that after I had put it all together I noticed that one of the holes wouldn’t fit the screw in. I was not taking it all apart and packaging it up for one arm. So I left it off. I figured my husband can do something to fix it.

Not worth the money we paid
I love the look however it is wobbly! Not sure if it will even hold all our winter coats . Also it came to us with a slight chip. See attached picture. It has been put together so more trouble to send it back at this point.

Quality could be better. The base wobbles. Otherwise, looks nice & holds multiple coats well.
The hall tree was simple to put together. The instructions aren’t super clear, but I was able to figure things out. It would be helpful if the poles were labeled.There is a definite wobble to the tree, due to the base being 2 pieces. They don’t fit tightly together. As a temporary fix, I wedged small pieces of folded paper into the gaps. It now only wobbles a little to one direction. My plan is to try wood glue at some point. Initially, my inclination was to return the item since it wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle.Another negative is a lack of inserts to hide the bolts. The heads of the bolts are very noticeable. I painted them with black paint, so they are now less noticeable, however, to improve product quality/appearance, the bolts should be the same color as the wood and/or inserts should be provided to conceal the bolts.The hall tree has a nice appearance & holds coats well. The pegs appear to be sturdy. It fits well into the small corner by my front door.
