Does it work with 5G Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi only supports 2.4 GHz, doesn’t support 5 GHz

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, make sure your mobile phone have these turned on before trying to pair the LED lamp, when pairing, please make sure the Wi-Fi passwords you entered are all correct, and if your Wi-Fi is 5GHz, please change your 5GHz to 2.4GHz on your modem before pairing.

How to connect the lamp with the “Smart Life” or “Tuya” app?

1. To download the app search “Smart Life” from APP store or Goggle Play, Register and log in

2. Press and hold the “Change Mode Button” on the lamp for 5 to 10 seconds and the LED will begin to Flash

3. Turn on your WiFi and Bluetooth, click “add” button on your screen to connect the LED lamp.

Then you can control the lamp via APP.

Does it compatible with Alexa or Google Home?

After connect the lamp with the app successfully, go to the APP main menu, click “me”, click the Alexa and follow the steps. If you cannot link the alexa, go to the alexa app, click skills, search smart life, and enable to use. Then now you can use the alexa to voice control the lamp.
