Exceeded Our Expectations
If this matches your color scheme, buy these right now. I saw some reviews about people having issues. It’s them…or an exception. For the money, these win hands down. I spent days searching and it paid off. These are not brownish, they are pewter and not a bluish pewter or greenish pewter. They are the best shade of pewter with faux black brush marks which are executed tastefully. I included all these pictures because I wish someone else had done so since I was stressing about what might show up. You should know I have never written a review in my life. I am so fully impressed with the quality, styling and materials, I felt compelled to share this experience. If you have the right tools on top of what they give you, it will take you about 45 minutes for the first one if you are methodical and read the instructions. The online dimensions were exact. Do not over tighten the screws. Pay attention to what you are doing and you should not have any problems during assembly. No pieces were warped or damaged in any way and lined up perfectly on all three units. The next two chairs thereafter went together faster for me. This the most comfortable stool I have ever sat in. You could easily spend hours on one. The reclining feature is awesome, the padding is perfect. These are big stools so you larger folks should be OK. 10/10, 5 stars, no regrets.

Right on the money!
My wife and I are very happy with this purchase. We tried other bar stools, but were not satisfied. Assembly was quick and easy. Chairs seats are a little firm, but overall very sturdy and comfortable. Just remember; during assembly, NOT to tighten screws until all are in.

Handsome, but not as comfy as the stools we replaced
6-11-20 edit: These seats are even harder now and there’s no padding. When we swivel or lean forward/back the chairs make very loud, obnoxious squeaking sounds. We’ve tried oiling them to no avail. They still look nice, but we value comfort so I’m changing my rating from a 4 to a 3. I’ll update if my rating changes in the future. I fear that the loud noises mean the mechanisms will fail in the future.The seats and back are extremely firm. Maybe they’ll lose their firmness over time and become comfier? I hope so. The stools appear well made and sturdy. The stool measurements are about an inch shorter all around than advertised. They were easy enough to assemble, even with the little tool included. I wish they were as long in the seat as advertised. If you have long legs, you’ll find this seat on the short side. Still, they look nice and I love the seat fabric and the bronze finish of the metal.

Sturdiness
Nice chairs at a good price, assembly is easy just put everything together hand tight and then tighten at the end, if you don’t you will fight getting the arms installed. Recommended weight is 250 which I found out after being concerned about how much they could handle, it held a very large man for the better part of the day that’s easily pushing 350. Only reason a give them a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the arm assembly which I found out the hard way.

I hate this chair.
Do not buy these chairs. I bought two of these chairs because I am a fool. They looked good on paper, and felt comfortable enough when they arrived, but that did not last at all.The metal bars were NOT bent to the correct shape to properly fit together, requiring a fair bit of jiggling and squeezing to get everything to work. The screws did not like to line up, and constantly, CONSTANTLY require tightening. I frequently have screws fall out of the chair while I am sitting in it.The cushion deflated in a month. In fact every problem with this chair happened almost right after the month window that I could return this. Now I have to contact their support over it and just cross my fingers they will take a return.I hate this chair. I hate how it feels, I hated putting it together, I hate maintaining it, I hate how it reminds me of what an incredibly poor choice I made when I bought these chairs.I hate this chair.

Not that comfortable
These chairs are good sturdy quality on the frame but lacking in any padding for the seat. I see some people place pads on the seats but to me that defeats the purpose. Assembly was quite easy but you have to remember to NOT tighten up anything until it is assembled. Then you can torque everything down and it will be so much easier to assemble. Do yourself a favor and use a cordless drill or a 1/4″ ratchet with an H4 and a 6mm allen bit to make assembly a breeze.

Best and most comfortable bar stools!
These stools are the best! Solid, yet comfortable and sturdy. We have had many that didn’t make the cut. Everyone has loved them and even had friends buy them after trying ours out. Love the color options and the height is perfect for our bar. Especially love the ability to lean back in them!
