So far so good! So pretty!
I bought 2 sets of these for my classroom and they are so pretty. I’ve only had them for about a week, but so far so good! I used magnetic hooks to hang them from the ceiling and they work well. It was a little tricky getting them on the hook/to stay up, but that’s also because the ceilings are so high. The connectivity seems to be fine, and the lights are not too bright, but give off a good glow. I don’t like using fluorescent lights, so these help. They won’t do the job alone, so you’ll probably still need lamps/other lamp options, but they definitely make the room so cozy and pretty. As far as tangle resistance, I thought they were going to be awful with tangles, but it really wasn’t bad! Best tactic is to just go slow and be patient if there is a tangle because they’re easy enough to work out. The main strand has like a double cord, so it was easy to follow and pull down the little single strands. Took an hour or less to hang two strands and that was with moving the desk I was standing on and using the hanger to reach up to the ceiling. (And putting the lights back on it when it fell or I dropped it.) Having the various modes is nice, but I mostly just leave them straight on because sometimes the flashing/twinkling is a little distracting.

Very high quality, easy to install. The coating on the wires is clear and very flexible. They hung straight right out of the box on a 40 degree day. Lots of controll options and they are almost invisible during the day and the clear coating makes the effects even more special.

Disappointing Quality – Didn’t Last a Year
We purchased these JMEXSUSS 400 LED Blue Icicle Lights on 11/29/24 and used them for the month of December. They looked nice initially, but when we went to hang them this year, they would not turn on at all. We had securely stored them, so there’s no reason they should have failed after just one season. On top of that, the plastic material has noticeably yellowed, making them look cheap and worn out. For a product marketed as outdoor Christmas lights, I expected durability and longevity. Unfortunately, these didn’t even last a single year.

Well packaged, complete with zip ties for installation along with instructions for the included controller. The length of the string of lights was longer than I expected – which worked out very well. All the lights worked.

Great value for the money, but you’ll need to purchase proper clips to install them.
The only reason this isn’t a 5-star rating is because it doesn’t come with the proper means to hang the lights. It comes with a bundle of tiny zip ties which are useless.That said, these are great lights for the price and were no problem to install once I got the proper clips at my local hardware store. The length of the string (38 feet) makes these lights an even better buy. Similar lights at Walmart and Menards, for example, are more expensive and two feet shorter. The lights work great right out of the box. The remote provides a number of different ways to display the lights. They are very bright and look great.Again, great value for the price, but the zip ties are useless.

Warm Cozy Glow & Lasts more than a season!
Bought these in 2023 for my roof and just put them up for the 3rd season with no maintenance needed! The bulbs look a little rusty in the light but still are functioning great. Matches my incandescent warm lights that I have on our bushes for a nice cozy glow!
