Sturdy and (mostly) elegant, but received damaged parts
Shelves are sturdy. Installation was a little tricky, since you need to put it together to assess the height (we ended up omitting 1 C tube) and then take out the bottom tube, disassemble it to get it to the right height, and reattach. That left some scuff marks that hopefully are too light to rust. Love the sturdiness, capacity, and big sides to securely hold products!Only complaint is that the white tube end caps are black, unlike official product photos. Makes it look a little less elegant.We received 2 torn silicone grip pads for the shelves. They should probably be packaged in a separate bag than the other metal pieces so they don’t get damaged. The soap dish also had a small impression in it that I hope won’t rust. I wish I could contact the seller to get replacement parts without having to replace the whole product through Amazon…

Great Concept Beautiful Storage — But Needs Better Stability!
I absolutely fell in love with this shower caddy when I first saw it — it’s such a sleek, space-saving way to hold all my facial products, rags, soaps, and more. The black finish looks modern, and when it’s up, it really does make your shower look more organized and stylish. The set up was super easy.However, when I set it up and secured it, I suddenly heard a loud crash. The four buckets/shelves that are supposed to stay in place kept sliding down the pole and stacking at the bottom. I tried repositioning them, but they just wouldn’t lock tightly enough to stay put.I may try reassembling it again with some kind of adhesive or putty because the design is great and it really does hold a lot — but the construction and shelf grip definitely need improvement. If you’re handy and don’t mind tweaking it, this could still be a great organizer for your shower.

Easy to assemble and install without help, works great
It’s pretty easy to install; the tension rod doesn’t feel like it would hold up if you pulled on it any more than you might do accidentally grabbing something hanging from one of the hooks, but it holds weight on the shelves no problem at all.Shelves can be adjusted to any height and are very easy to place and move, and they add a ton of storage to your shower.I wish there was a way to fix the angle of the shelves so they don’t swivel back and forth once you put them in place, since they don’t rest against the corners of the wall (because the tension rod is in the corner and needs some wiggle room) but it’s a minor complaint. Great addition to my shower!

KEEPS FALLING
Listen, I wanted to love this unit. I really did. The packaging was BEAUTIFUL, with each platform wrapped in what looked like a yeti cloth bag (tree farmers know what I’m talking about) and the pieces came together beautifully. The rod is NOT a tension rod for support, but I’m a structural engineer. I can following directions and install things. The unit is advertised to hold 20 lb. per shelf, so there’s quite a claim there. I put no more than 5-7lb. per tray and the pole was already not feeling very sturdy. It seemed anchored in place, but you could easily pull it out of plumb–i had to take my Costco shampoo bottle out of the tray to pump product out, there was no way i was trusting that tray to resist the pumping pressure. But 2 times–2 TIMES–it seemed to compress on itself and the tension used to install it lessened and the unit came crashing down. It doesn’t seem others have had this problem, so maybe I got a faulty system, but I have to get a different unit. I can’t have this thing crashing into my glass door again, I’m grateful it didn’t shatter. I don’t have a large shower (4′-6″ square) and this unit protruded quite a bit into the shower space. I opted for an l-shaped, bottom-supported shelf design instead and found it worked much better for the closer quarters. So though the pieces itself felt very high-quality, the sturdiness of the pole once installed to length and the lessening of the installed tension leaves this unit lacking for me.
