Quality is really good and Customer Service was amazing!
Even though this didn’t have a lot of reviews, I figured the price was great and they looked gorgeous. They’re quite sturdy, seats are comfortable and plush, and perfectly sized. They’re also super easy to build (took me like 10-15 min each) and to clean–just a microfiber cloth, some leather spray and they’re good as new!Unfortunately, 1 set of legs were defective and I couldn’t build the last one. But, once I reached out to customer service, they happily helped me out so I could build my last chair!You seriously can’t go wrong with these chairs–go buy them!!

Very nice chairs, great price, great seller
Everyone, without exception, thinks these are very comfortable. Good back and butt support!They were fairly easy to put together.My table also has metal legs, so they are compatible.The seller deserves credit, as one of the seats got slit during opening. The seller immediately sent us a new seat (not the whole chair, just the part that was slit, showing the padding). It came in 3 days.We like these chairs much more than the lovely-looking all wood chairs they are replacing. They looked nice but were not comfortable, had no back support, were kind of hard to move, and had narrow bases and pointed legs (squared) that were too easy to hit your ankle on.

Very nice!
These are inexpensive chairs but they seem to be good quality. The metal frame is very sturdy, both the material and the design, and the padding is tightly connected to the back and bottom. They are not plush but comfortable, very reasonable for dining chairs. They sit a bit higher and the seat is not as deep as our old chairs, but I think that’ll be fine. The wood color was as expected and looks nice. We’ll see how long the fake leather lasts. The packing was excellent. Everything was wrapped and padded, with styrofoam around the outside. It would take a lot of damage to the box to damage the chairs.

Some hassles, but good chairs
I just finished assembling the two chairs I bought. Now that they are assembled, I think I will like them.I am no stranger to assembling furniture and have tackled things much more complex than these. However, these were a challenge and much more so than they needed to be. (Hence, the missing star.) The instructions were adequate. Pictures only, no text, but it was pretty obvious what should go where. The labeling of the parts could have been a bit clearer, but again, it wasn’t hard to figure out. Everything needed was included and nothing was damaged.This probably would have been easier with two people as it was difficult to hold the pieces at the proper angles while manipulating the screws. However, I am only one person so I made do, as I have done numerous times before. What could have and should have been better, IMHO, was the drilling of the holes in the seat and backrest. The screws had to pass through holes in the metal frame before entering these pieces. However, rather than drilling the holes in the seat and backrest precisely to match the holes in the metal frame, they made the holes in the metal frame irregularly shaped rather than circular. This is hard to describe, but what it comes down to was having to jiggle the parts around to get all 4 screws to fit in their holes. With enough jiggling around, it could be done. But for a $100 chair, I think I should be able to have the holes in exactly the right places to receive the screws. Maybe it’s just me.One other little concern. While I’m glad that the chairs were not damaged, there was so much packaging (cardboard, styrofoam and tape) that it took me most of an afternoon to unbox the parts. And, having struggled with the screws for much of the evening, I still have a roomful of debris to clean up. Styrofoam is bad for the environment.Now for everything that is good and right. The chairs, now assembled, are attractive, sturdy and comfortable. They are firm for those who want to sit up straight. The material looks expensive but is easily wiped clean when there are spills. The chairs are a bit heavy, which can be good or bad. They won’t get knocked over easily but it takes some effort to move them. I am a small woman and I can move them just fine. Speaking of my height, the chairs are, as someone else mentioned, perhaps a bit higher than a traditional kitchen or dining room chair. Tall people will appreciate this. I am 5’2″ and my feet hit the floor easily. I have a table that is a little high so this is a bonus for me.All in all, I recommend these chairs. Once I have the debris cleared up, I will forget all about my complaints and problems with the screws. The hassle today is worth enduring for a good, solid chair.

Beautiful Chairs
We love these chairs! The cushions are sturdy and supple. Soft and yet firm. The material makes it easy to wipe clean. They are slightly weighty, but easy to pull out and push in. Very well made and easy to assemble. Fits our table well. We love the stylishness of these chairs. The wooded back and black fabric is chef’s kiss.

Good quality for sale price, look great and also comfortable. When putting them together you have to make sure you do each screw diagonal and don’t tighten each one until all 4 is in a little bit. Instructions don’t say anything but it’s easy to figure it out quick.
