Furniture came scuffed and unfinished at random spots
I hate writing negative reviews; but this purchase has been pretty frustrating. Imagine buying $2000 of new patio furniture, and it arriving scuffed and with marks?! This is before it will even be set outside. I first contacted the manufacture (Modway), and they were completely not helpful. They literally said: “Take it up with Amazon, since it’s still under 30 days.” When I talked with Amazon, I was told the best they could do was $100 off or to send a shipping company (2 weeks from the call date) to come and pick up the furniture. Also, I would have to be at the house at the time, and the pickup time would be a 10 hr window. Reluctantly I took the $100 off to avoid the hassle- but we are not happy with the outcomes at all. Lesson learned, we should’ve stuck with Costco (like in the past) for our patio furniture needs. Avoid this set and company at all cost, you can find way better value elsewhere.

Disappointed. Arrived Stained and Poorly Finished.
Disappointed — arrived with stains and poor finish. I was really looking forward to this piece, but it arrived with visible stains and areas where the wood was completely unfinished. For the price, I expected a much higher quality product. It looks like it skipped a quality check entirely. Unfortunately, this is going back.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality, with visible saw marks, sandpaper marks, impressions from the cardboard it was wrapped in, and it looks like they were running out of clear finish. The actual product is awful compared to the pictures.
