Excellent Towel Bar
I purchased two of these to replace the towel bars that came with my home. I was delighted to find Moen because everything else is Moen. They are very easy to install, so much so that I did it myself and did not have to wait for my husband. They look good. They are sturdy and I am a happy camper.

Good Product
Very nice! I purchased two of them when we redecorated one of the bathrooms. Generally the installations was pretty easy BUT one of the screws did not fit and after spending a good bit of time trying to get it to work, I had to concede defeat and go dig around in a box of hardware parts that we had and hunt up another screw that would fit. Other than a rough start, we are very happy with these towel bars. The finish is nice, they are easy to keep clean, they look really good and the price made my budget happy.

Needed a replacement since my old one became bent and broken. This was a perfect fitting replacement. I left the old mounts on the wall, installed new bar and was perfect fit

cheap, cheap, cheap
If you don’t care what you get, it’s worth the low price, I guess. I expected Moen quality, assuming that for some reason this towel bar was being offered at a low price as a promotion. It is actually made by “Creative Specialties,” a division of Moen. It’s flimsy and cheap looking, and doesn’t come with any of the mounting features that are standard for a product like this, such as a printed template for mounting it on the wall or even any drywall anchors. I would send it back if I hadn’t already opened the package. What a disappointment.To follow up: I installed it after a trip to the hardware store to get drywall anchors. Luckily I happened to have access to a tiny screwdriver to tighten the set-screws. Next to my real chrome fixtures it looks like metallic plastic. The bar rattles in the brackets. It does hold towels. I wish I had gotten what I thought I was getting, but I will put up with this one for now. But it’s really worth paying a bit extra to get the real thing.

It felt lightweight and cheap when I opened the package but after I put it on the wall I was pleasantly surprised about how sturdy it is. I love the size (fits a huge bath towel on it perfectly) and the finish is nice too. Just what I needed for the master bathroom (now my husband and I don’t have to fight over the one towel rack!)
