No longer connect to WiFi
Bought 2 of them 1st on failed 3days after 1st use, 2nd 1 last 3weeks before it failed, they both no longer connect to wifi so you turn the outlets on/off

Works perfectly
Super excited that this worked with the app I already had (efamilycloud) and connected effortlessly. Named all my plugs and had it set up on Google home and Alexa with in minutes. So glad that it has a flat angled plug in too!You can rename the surge protector as a whole and each individual plug. You can not control the USB outlets with app they stay powered even when you use the app to turn off the whole surge protector. However they will turn off if you flip the manual power switch on the surge protector.Video note:If you are curious that plug is named gamer because it controls the lights in my gaming area.

Dead after 14 months
I purchased this to use for my bearded dragon enclosures on 10/29/24. I have it set to specific times to turn on and off so I could ensure my critters were getting the proper lighting. The other night it, while it was in off mode, it started turning on and off randomly then staying on all throughout the night. After 6 times of resetting it each night it would work correctly. Last night, 12/27/25, we had to reset the wifi in order for it to connect. It worked for about 30 minutes and then the same problem all over again, disturbing my beardies sleep. After about 3 hours of it turning on and off, it wouldn’t connect to the wifi anymore making the strip useless as there is no way to turn on the outlets without it. I have other brands that I bought around the same time that do not have this issue. I had to scramble to find another power strip just to make sure they had the proper lighting. Knowing that I need specific times for crucial reasons, I will not buy this brand again!

Great power outlet
The monster power outlet with WIFI has so far worked well. I have not used its WiFi app as of yet. Its a monster product, so it has my trust.

I like Monster product. The wife set up and control is good. I’d like it if it had an on/off control for all outlets. It doesn’t. Each one is independent and there’s no control for the USBs.

Do not buy, this thing is junk.
Purchased this as there were no other options at the time. Broke within 1 year and would no longer connect to wifi. With some research I learned that many others have experienced the same failure. Monster has always sold way overpriced crap that people don’t need. Now that there are other options for smart power strips, use them instead.
