I bought the Lite version to replace an existing thermostat for a single baseboard heater. The installation was pretty straightforward in my case – and the instructions were very complete, between the printed booklet and online information. They make it easy to contact support, although I can't comment on response time or helpfulness, as I didn't have to do so. Connection was a bit frustrating. After following the instructions for Bluetooth setup, I could see that the device was connected when looking at the admin screen for my router. However, the connection procedure continued to fail on my iPhone. I decided to create an online account on the Mysa website and try again. Success! So if you're having trouble with setup, give that a try. Once connected, it was easy to set the temperature format. It seems to accurately control our heater, and is quite sensitive. I haven't used any of the more advanced features like scheduling and such, as my wife uses this room at all different hours of the day and night. Construction is solid, and the design is sleek and simple. According to the literature, it should be compatible with a range of other high voltage (120 and 240 VAC) devices. Although there were a number of remote thermostats to choose from, the Mysa had all the features I thought we'd ever need, at a competitive price. The Amazon reviews also helped me choose. Overall, I really like this little unit, and I'm considering a Mysa thermostat for our furnace as well.

Excellent Build Quality and Functionality
Incredible product. Super easy to install. Functions exactly as advertised. The phone app is super easy to use with an excellent programming interface. If I’m being nit picky, the LCD display is a a bit crude but really can’t complain for the price

Great Function, Great Instructions.
Great product support for installation. This product was one of the only wifi thermostat s for electric baseboard heaters, so I didn’t have too many options. I was very impressed with the electronic instructions that asked your set up, and then provided step by step instructions. And since installation for the past month it has worked great. I have not used the scheduling function but do use the wifi function and it has worked great. Great product and great support/instructions.

Differences between LTE and premium version
The first Mysa I brought was the more expensive version. I saw the LTE but wasn’t sure what exactly the differences were. I didn’t want to give up too many features, but I could live without some if it meant saving some dollars.Install was super easy like the V2 version. Just have to make double sure you kill the power going to the thermostat connection. 240v is no joke. The LTE. like the V2, seems well built. It’s a heavy, solid peace of equipment. It fit right into the box the old thermostat came out of. If you have other switches nearby this probably won’t fit in the space as the faceplate it quite large. This one has actual buttons (up and down arrows) you can push to make adjustments at the unit. The V2 has touch (digital) controls. The buttons are more responsive than the touch control. The LTE does NOT have an adaptive display so it won’t adjust brightness based off the ambient light. You can adjust the brightness in the app. I put this one in my living room so that brightness of the display is not an issue. If you were putting it in a bedroom I can see where it might be an issue if one prefers total darkness. The LTE does not display a humidity value. Not a dealbreaker for me as I know in the summer it’s humid and in the winter it’s dry. You also cannot track usage with the LTE. Again, for me not a dealbreaker. I mean it’s cool to see, but I wanted a smart thermostat so I can control it remotely, use voice commands, and see schedules. The V2 has the ability to group your thermostat into groups if you have multiple thermostats, but the LTE does not have this capability. I think this is one feature I might wish I had. For convenience it would probably be nice to make groups, like main house, bedrooms, and so forth. That way if you wanted to make a change for, say all the bedrooms, it would be a one and done change. I still haven’t changed out the bedrooms, but I can see purchasing the V2 models for more robust control. All and all I’m happy I jumped in and upgraded the old, original analog thermostats. The Mysa is definitely more attractive and its functionality is a game changer when it comes to having more precise control over the baseboard heating system. If you’re even entertaining the idea of upgrading just do it. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Great unit, great install guide, simple set up!
I hesitated spending the extra money on this and was just going to get a basic programmable thermostat for the baseboard heater in my addition, but gave it a shot anyways. Turns out I made the right choice. The unit is nicely built and doesn’t look/feel cheap. It’s a good value for the price. Design is simple and connectivity was quick and I can lock the buttons so my kids don’t mess with it. I’ve set up and installed a good amount household WiFi devices…The Mysa app guide is hands down one of the easiest and best to follow along. Definitely glad I went with this vs a cheaper option.

Perfect and pretty
Had an electrician install because my wiring was old. I get tired of playing this old house. He had it done is 15 minutes each. Pairs very well with the phone. Looks beautiful. I finally know the temperature in my home and don’t have to look at nicotine stained guages from the 70s. They glow bright at night which helps with the nightlight situation. You can adjust that though. Easily turned them off for the summer, installed before the tariffs. They turned on the heaters right away and worked great, one room was blazing hot all the time, meaning the thermostat was bad. Good pricing, and I want smart home all the way. Electric baseboard heaters can only have certain smart thermostats and mysa was one of two when I was looking. Bought three, for each room that needed a new one, and they are sleek and small and just show the room temperature. You can set up a schedule on your phone. Turn off the thermostat for the summer. Monitor those weird snap cold days where it rains all week and the temp drops and keeping pets comfortable while away at work. Only for the heater, I dont have it for a/c. I have portable a/c units for this old house.

What a great thermostat! Aesthetically pleasing, simple, clean design. The smart features are very handy (which I was pleasantly surprised about as I hadn’t fully read the description beforehand!). I currently have it set to eco mode which is nice add it allows the temperature to fluctuate minimally to save power. The install was simple – just 3 quick wires attached to the back of the unit. Once I downloaded the app, connection to my phone was quick and painless. Had the whole thing installed, connected, and running within 15 minutes!I’d recommend this thermostat to anyone with electric baseboard heaters looking to upgrade what they can!

I was about to send this back with a nasty review as it got hung up while I was installing it on the app. Came back the next day and tried again and it installed easy as pie. Must have been a glitch the day before. The unit and the app work perfectly. Looks great on the wall and programming it easy and intuitive. Very pleased.
