Ratchet Mechanism Broke After 3 Days, Otherwise a Great Buy!
UPDATE: Apparently, there is the right way of putting the towel holder on in order to get the ratchet to work properly. So, it is not broken. It was user error. 🤷🏼♀️The concept is amazing. You can tear off the paper towels without having to hold the holder steady since the suction cups hold the holder in place perfectly. However, after only about 3 days of use, the ratchet mechanism broke. The towel holder still works and you can tear off the towels easily but you have to hold the towels in place to tear off the number of paper towels you want.
