Bought this as a gift for our neighbor’s 30th anniversary. They love to host and always have charcuterie-type food, but it’s usually in little bowls. This gift set is beautiful, and they did a lovely job on the customization. I only got customization on the board, not the utensils. I did spring for the one with the drawer, and it opens smoothly. Nice, thick, and heavy. A little pricey, but it’s a really lovely and show-stopping gift.

I was hoping for the best and the product exceeded my expectations. Good quality. Packed well and cared for. The best part was the optional metal ingraved card. Not big, but absolutely stunning with our personalized message. 100% recommend!!

Disappointed. Multiple flaws, terrible craftsmanship
Ordered this for my mom and stepdad for xmas, just received the board. When I opened it I was very disappointed to see multiple gouges on the surface, woodfiller in several places that powders when you touch it, sharp chipped edges, and a large 2.5 inch flaw in the board right through the word “Family”, it looks like a large wood glue stain (see photos). This board is supposed to have food on it and now I don’t feel comfortable giving this as a gift. It’s trash. This had such potential to be a great gift. Thoroughly disappointed. Doesn’t the manufacturer check these before sending them out? $84.79 for this kind of work is awful.
