Product great. Packaging could be better.
Giving this 5 stars for the product. The craftsmanship is top notch and was completed perfectly as ordered. The metal sign was shipped in a Pizza box shaped box with nothing more than a layer of plastic wrap and a couple of bubble packs which don’t really do anything to keep the shape or position of the sign. It just slid around in the box freely. Plastic was actually melted in the box. Luckily caught the delivery man when he was jambing this in my door. The box was bent but sign was only slightly deformed (nothing I couldn’t fix). It could’ve been a lot worse. Some Styrofoam or other form of sturdiness in the box would be better to prevent delivery damage. Overall, the product is great though. Note that no mounting screws included, but it’s not advertised to include any, so no big deal.
