I am so happy with this purchase. I wanted to confirm that my customization went through properly (due to an ongoing auto-correct issue) so I sent a message after my order. They responded early on the next business day and confirmed my design. When I received the product, my fist thought was “WOW, it’s striking!” Letter cuts are precise and the material is strong and rugged. The finish is rich and the four nail holes are ideally positioned. It’s a beautiful piece that will be in our family for a long time. It was shipped quickly and was well protected.
