I have several Safavieh rugs throughout my house. They are always good quality. These’s braided rugs are great for the price, they hold up well and look great. On day one they lay flat. I have these in my kitchen, the package say machine washable. Soft and warm to walk on.

Really pleased. Great color. Has all the matching sizes for the hall and entries. Unroll the rug then turn over to lay on the floor. The curl lays flat quickly. The price was low, shipping immediate, and looks wonderful.

Pretty rug but mixed bag
Very mixed feelings about this rug. The pros are: soft underfoot (we do have a 1/8″ felt pad), colors are rich (actually darker than they appeared on my monitor) and there is nice contrast between lights and darks that make the rug pop visually. Material is heavy enough that it stays put and doesn’t slide around. Cons: While both sides of this rug have visible flaws in the braiding, one side is significantly worse than the other–so much so that I would be reluctant to flip the rug over. Finally, multiple reviewers noted the rug has never flattened out, which I believe is because the rug was actually stretched out when it was rolled up for shipping. It’s been about three weeks, and the ripples in our rug are stubbornly refusing to flatten out, so I am going to try steaming them to see if that works. I hate ordering rugs online because you just never know what the quality is until it arrives. I will say It is a pretty rug, and If you can live with the imperfections and the shorter lifespan (due to not being able to use both sides of the rug), these cons may not bother you.
