Great Quality & Super Comfortable
I’ve had this patio set for a few weeks now, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s comfortable, durable, and stylish—everything I was looking for. Here’s my experience so far:Assembly – Quick & EasyThe set arrived well-packaged with all parts intact. Assembly took me about 40 minutes solo, and the instructions were super clear. If you have a power drill, it’ll go even faster.Comfort – Better Than ExpectedThe 5.5-inch thick cushions are incredibly comfy—not too firm, not too soft. The seats are extra wide and deep, so there’s plenty of room to stretch out. The shipment came in 3 huge boxes. mine arrived 3 days apart, no big deal. This patio set is pretty much exactly as described, it’s big and sturdy can accommodate a lot of people sitting. It is easy to put together but does take a few hours. One thing to note, don’t tighten them up yet until you have all the screws put on. Then, balance the chair on the ground to make sure they are level, and then tight them up. The cushions are very thick and firm, I love the color and it is very comfy! It’s worth the price, it’s great quality! It’s heavy and sturdy enough that wind will not pick that up for sure. I like that it’s metal and has a coating on the surface to prevent it from rusting so we won’t need to refinish it every season like wood. I’m very happy. Several friends have come to my house and thought it was very beautiful. They have asked me where I bought it. All in all it is really good quality for that’s it’s worth!

Nice set but…
I love the look of this set, fairly easy to put together once you get the hang of it. The seat cushions are firmer than most department store sets, but the backs are too soft and because they are soft I can see they will collapse as time goes on and I feel I need more support so I’m adding pillows for the added support.Other than that a good value for the money.

Mis-leading brand and difficult assembly, but comfortable
These are actually Phi Villa brand items. Better off buying the same Phi Villi items on the store for less price. Also almost every item had at least one machining defect to where the holes do not align or had bad welds. Make sure you have zip ties and a grinder on hand before you start or you’ll spend many hours trying to get things to work. Besides the above issues, it is very comfortable after assembled. We like the cushions and overall look.

Perfect Addition to My Patio
I recently bought this patio furniture set and I’m very happy with it. The metal frame feels strong and sturdy, and the beige cushions are comfortable and thick. The three-seater sofa plus two swivel chairs give just the right amount of seating for relaxing outside. Assembly was pretty easy, and once it was set up, it looks really stylish on my patio. Overall, a great value set for outdoor lounging.

*THIS REVIEW is for the SWIVEL CHAIRS only*Last fall I bought 2 sets of the swivel chairs (4 in total). I see that one commenter said that PHI VILLA chairs are the same, but those are not; those chairs are not as deep as these. I’m 5’ 10” and I love the deep seats. The measurements shown on the website are accurateI like the swivel and that they also have a slight “bounce”; not a full rocking motion, but a little bounce back and forth is nice (see video).The chairs are a bit of a challenge to assemble and a ratchet set is helpful when it comes to tightening the bolts on the bottom of the chair frame. I assembled the first chair with the tools provided by seller, using one tool to hold the bolt and the other to turn it. I worked on that chair for an hour… just tightening the bolts. And even then I wasn’t able to get it as tight as when I used the ratchet. I borrowed my son‘s tools and with his ratchet it took no more than 10 minutes on each chair to tighten the bolts. One chair did have a problem. The holes on the bottom of the chair frame did not line up with the holes on the swivel piece that needed to be bolted together. I contacted the manufacturer and they credited me for the cost of one chair.The cushions are nice. I see that some reviewers complained about them being “hard”. They are firm at first, but begin to soften with use and I’d rather have that, than end up with mushy, flat cushions. I did buy bolster pillows because the seat seats are deep and lumbar support is needed.Overall, I’m pleased with the chairs

Poor quality and difficult to assemble
The directions to put the furniture together were incomplete and in some instances just wrong. Holes for some of the bolts did not line up, in same cases by several inches. Sometimes there were missing holes for the bolts to go into.The pillows for the backs are not the right size for the covers. You’ll see in the video that they don’t look very good.I would have returned this, but it said on the box that returns would only be accepted in the original Al box which would have been probabaly impossible not yo mention the hours it would take to disassemble.I’ll have to jerry rig a solution for the slots where the bolts won’t go in or don’t line up with the holes.Very disappointed.
