Sturdy product, easy to assemble.
Great product, easy to assemble. I dreaded putting it together because I am terrible at understanding and following written directions. This was so easy. Even when I put wheels on upside down, it was easy to correct. It is sturdy and easy to move. I love it.

I ordered this beautiful chrome rack to display my quilts at the many vendor shows I attend. It works perfectly! I can display 10-12 quilts effectively and it’s strong and very stable to hold them safely, since that many quilts are heavy! The chrome finish is beautiful and makes my quilts look amazing. The wheels lock and roll so easily and I can even remove them quickly if I need to. This garment rack is just what I needed!I had a problem with assembly and so I contacted Sakugi through the email provided. I got a reply within the hour! As requested, I supplied pictures and order information and shortly I had an answer. User error!!! The lady who handled it all, Flora, was so friendly and kind – maybe she didn’t even laugh at me for my silly mistake (but okay if she did lol!😂). I am very pleased with this product and company!

This is a great rack that has come in handy for storing extra clothing especially off season. It is heavy duty and can hold a fair number of pieces and I especially like the wheels allowing me to move it around. It is stored in our basement and there are no issues rolling it on the concrete floor. It was simple to put together and has been in use for several months now.

Very easy to assemble. It took me maybe 15 minutes working alone, and the instructions were clear and simple. One very good sign: the wheels are large, roll very easily, and the brakes are tight. All required parts including an Allen wrench and a smaller standard type wrench were present.The description provided by the seller is complete and accurate, and so are the photos. The item is easily strong enough for most home use (including heavy coats and such) and for small store retail.I’ve used larger, heavier and stronger department and big box store retail clothing transport racks, and this is not built like those. I don’t think this rack would hold up for years of heavy retail use where items are constantly being moved down streets or to differing departments, but it’s strong enough and built well enough that I do expect to get decades of use from this in my home with no issue, and that’s the only reason this gets four stars, not five.Especially for home use, I’d be very comfortable buying another of these if I had the need, and I’d happily consider using other Sakugi brand home products based on my experience with this item.

I’d recommend putting heavier stuff on the bottom shelf so it stays balanced. These types of racks are always a bit top-heavy unless you stabilize them. Wheels are fine, and it holds weight well enough from what I’ve seen.The main issue is that it can feel unstable without extra weight on the bottom. That’s just how these racks are built, not really a defect. Everything fit together cleanly and it hasn’t wobbled since. Build quality is fine, nothing amazng. Four stars.
