Did not work for me
This is well made but should probably be under a patio. I placed it between two trees in my yard. It soaks up so much water after a rainstorm that it can’t be used for several days. I live in south Louisiana, and the hammock is very large and hard to take down every time it rains.Edit: After I posted this review, the company offered me a full refund. Wow! I refused the offer as my problem has nothing to do with the quality of their product, and is in no way their fault, it was just not right for my needs. Based on this amazing customer service response I changed my review to 5 stars.

Pretty, sturdy, and comfortable.
It looks just like the picture. It is also very good quality. We love it! It’s used almost daily, weather permitting. Also the colors are as bright not faded. I wanted bright and got it! It’s pretty. I got the turquoise blues one.

Missing a Couple of Things My Old One Had
This is a beautiful hammock. The colors are vibrant. It seems to be well constructed overall. I replaced my old one which had become weather-beaten. The two things it had that I wish this one had was 1) Varnish on the wood slats. The wood doesn’t seem to have any treatment so I’m not sure how it will hold up. 2) The pillow isn’t very full. It’s too soft to really support my head. Other than that I’m pleased with the look. I’ll just have to see how it lasts.

Great size and color, poor comfort
It’s a great size and easy out of the box to assemble and hang. Low rating because it is not comfortable. Doesn’t cradle your body, is a bit too stiff, therefore while laying it feels like you may flip and fall off any moment. Not very cozy. Feels like laying on a board.

Purchased this hammock last year. I do not leave it out when it’s raining. It is just like the day I bought it. No fading. Two can lay in it comfortable enough. Don’t hesitate to purchase. Pergola approximately 14 feet wide with the top 16 feet. The chains on the hammock are adjustable.

I purchased this hammock only a few months ago and it has only been used a couple of times and already the rope has let go. I do not consider it safe to use anymore as I am worried more of the rope will break under the weight of a person and someone will get injured. I would like my money back please. Also, if the hammock happens to get left out in the rain, it takes a long time to dry out. I will be going back to an open mesh hammock.
