Having recently lost one of my trio of house panthers, I had to have this memorial statue. It’s heavier than I expected, more solid in its appearance, and it makes me smile every time I look at it. It’s a white ceramic, and the detailing is just beautiful.

I collect animal figurines, pretty much all animals, but by far cats are my favorite. I have been collecting for over 30 years, and have never seen a figurine like this before. When I first saw it, I knew I needed to add it to my collection.This figurine has nice weight to it, as it is made of ceramic stoneware. It measures 5 x 3.75 x 2.75 inches. It is a crisp bright white color, and features a girl on her knees hugging her cat. It is a very sweet and pretty piece. It is perfect for any cat lover and can be placed in a curio, on a work desk, or a mantel. One suggestion is to put felt pads on the bottom of this figurine, as it could scratch glass or wooden surfaces. This is such a cute little statue. It’s very simple but the paint is soft and smooth. My plan is to paint this myself with the colors of my cat and it should be easy to do since the texture is smooth already. It’s very cute just the way it is but is also great if you want to paint it yourself. Would make a great gift.

This figurine is so adorable. It is more substantial than I thought it would be. It’s chunkier than most statues like this at approximately 5 inches tall, 3.75 inches wide, and 2.5 inches deep. It is minimalistic and fits into any type of decor. It can be given as a gift for cat lovers or in condolence of a lost pet.

Honestly, I like this cat/girl statue A LOT, and love the concept. The only thing is, it’s way overpriced. I think this would be a 5 star item if it were under $9, but at more than double that price, its way average. I have to say the quality is also consistent with something in the $7-9 range.
