This deserves a design award
This item deserves a design award.The packaging is admirably compact, and the assembly instruction is excellent. The whole thing can be put together instinctively, even without the ultra clear instruction — except for the crucial first step, where you put two washers at the base of the stand and screw it onto the first stem piece with the help of a wrench that comes with the package. There is a screw on each of the 6 stem pieces, and each screw is carefully capped with a screwed-on plastic cap. They fit perfectly.As usual, the first thing after opening the box is to check that all the pieces are intact, which is the case for me.A minor qualm is that the little stickers for identifying the individual pieces do not peel off easily.But — once assembled, the tree stands firm and seems to be sturdy.I am glad I chose the square base, which I think is more stable.Bravos to a superbly designed and well-engineered product.

Nice and sturdy for the price
Sturdy rack. But color I ordered was dark walnut but color I received was much lighter. But no problem I spray painted it with dark walnut and it is perfect. Easy to put together. And love it in the space. 5 stars is for the quality of the rack.

Contemporary Coat Rack
This “solid” wood coat rack is worth every penny! It is sturdy, solid and easy to assemble. Easy clear directions, taking only about 20 minutes to put together and use. The black matte color fits into any contemporary setting. Great 👍🏽 buy. So much so, that I ordered a second one using them to display custom tote bags in my gift shop.

GREAT FOR SMALLER SPACES & STURDY – CAME W/ SLIGHT DAMAGE
Great rack!! Color is a bright white (paint not so perfect but not terrible). Nice and slim pole which will do well in smaller areas. Plenty of hooks to hang items and very sturdy square base which is much better than the typical round or multi-leg bases which take up more floor space. Easy to put together. UNFORTUNATELY, and the reason I could not give 5 stars, the item might have been a return (?) as there is a decent chip in one of the poles at the seam, along with cracking and chipping inside 2 of the sections which the arms go into, the later not seen when screwed in but first mentioned shows on display. If I didn’t need it immediately, would have sent back for a replacement. Kinda bummed it came with damage. Overall great unit. Not perfect but very nice all-around. Came packed nicely. Jackets hang quite flush on unit, as well. Definitely recommend. If it hadn’t come with damage, definitely 5 stars for price and functionality. PS: photo a little blurry / dark and not indicative of bright white paint. Room was dark. Can upload better pics later.

Cute and Functional
Very cute, functional coat tree that fits beautifully in my small entryway. It looked exactly as described on the website. Took me all of five minutes to put it together. Because you can select different height options I can see where people with young children might like it. I hung a couple of coats on it and it seems sturdy. Now we have a place to hang wet coats when we come home as well as guests’ coats. Good value for the price.

Works for coats but also for puppets!
I have puppets for my class and couldn’t find a good way to organize them. This works wonderfully! It is stable, was easy to put together (I’m not that handy and I did it!). It holds a lot of puppets and the kids love seeing them “hang out”. I’m sure it would be a good coat rack, too, but for me, it’s a puppet hang-out!

Wobbly coat rack
I ended up returning this because it wobbled back and forth rather than sitting firmly on the floor and I knew that would drive me crazy. The actual product seemed good quality, but the wobbling was a deal breaker

So happy to i purchased this coat rack. It was easy to assemble and has been sturdy, I picked it because I liked the flat round base, which makes the rack look stylish. I like the walnut colour as it is a neutral bown which blends with most other colours. Now we dont have coats hanging over banisters and chairs, they are all on the rack and everything looks much neater.
