Looks great, Customer Service Excellent
“Aaron” at Customer Service was great! I had a problem with the user code not working he suggested an alternative way to input the user code and it worked. Also sent me a link to be able to operate via WiFi vs. only being able to use while in range with Bluetooth. The multiple ways to unlock (code, fingerprint, card) is great. And locking is easy too. The lock itself is functioning perfectly so far and feels solid!

Well designed and reasonable price
I love the look of the unit. The lock is fairly easy to install with little issue. After everything is properly programmed the lock works great and is easy to operate with the finger print, code, key, or the downloadable app. I would buy from this brand again and would recommend it to others for quality and price point.

Definitely getting more for the rest of the doors
Installation was easy and quick. Works great. The fingerprint recognition was easy to set up and works like a charm. Locks easy. Not a bad price for these doors. Looks sleek and nice.

Veise VE018 Smart Knob Handle Lock multiple users.
Works well, but has only a 1 person connection unless you obtain a j-gateway unit then multiple users can remotely connect with their phone and app. So long as the gateway is within 30-35feet of the smart lock. There is another model that has the gateway built in from Veise. I discussed the issue with Veise customer support agent Cagla. She was very polite and helpful and was able to help me through the process quickly and easily, thanks Cagla you’re the best.

Love all the options to gain access using the smart knob
Love the smart lock! So many features for entry- code, fingerprint, fob, key! It wasn’t difficult to set up! The grands love they can use their thumb print to gain entry. It allows several thumbprints etc.

Requires an app to function
This smart knob requires a phone app to to do anything other than use the preset locking code or manual key.The app won’t download on my phone and it is marked as unsecure/unsafe in GooglePlay.I’m torn, because it seems like it could be a good product. I just wish I could program it locally/ manually without an app.Other products I have purchased in the past like this eventually discontinue app support with a year or two and the device becomes unusable.

Appearance is nice and it is multifunctional.
The door lock was easy to install. This product gives you many ways you can open the door which is very convenient. Setting it up through the app was super easy. I am so glad I purchased these locks. Isabella was very helpful in Customer Service.

Pro&Con of door lock
Pros: Easy to install esp. that I have 2 deadbolt models. Needed this model as i did not have an existing deadbolt. Easy to use. Family friendly. Cons: fingerprint function does not work and I downloaded the app but it will not add the lock. Also apparently it is only useful if your within Bluetooth range not Wi-Fi so really what’s the point of the app.
