Quality Umbrella. Don’t waste time with cheaper knockoffs
As a person who has ordered and used one of those cheaper 10ft offset umbrellas ( I speak of the ones that are essentially all the same sketchy design with different manufacturer names like Aoxun, JEAREY, Bumblr, Greesum, Sunnyglade, etc. You’ll see them on amazon), I feel like I can give you a useful comparison between those and the WikiWki 2021 offset umbrella.The WikiWiki umbrella was a **significant and superior upgrade** in BOTH design and quality to those cheaper ones I mentioned above. The parts are solid and sturdy. The material quality is thick and as seems to resist any fast fading (I got the Navy color). The umbrella ACTUALLY rotates 360 (using the foot pedal) unlike others that claim they rotate but don’t really.The action of raising/lowering and tilting the WikiWiki umbrella is easy, effortless, and super smooth. You can immediately feel the quality in their mechanism. It really can be angled close to a vertical position, too.Although I have had the umbrella up in a moderate breeze, I haven’t seen how well it holds up in a stiff wind. I’m not talking hurricane winds now, just the occasional Colorado short gusts that come up with no warning.I am VERY happy with this umbrella and it was well worth the extra $$ over cheaper models.Also, BE SURE YOU BUY A BASE with your umbrella, otherwise it will fall over pretty easily as these types of umbrellas do.

Excellent customer service
Beautiful and sturdy. We chose the 10′ WikiWiki cantilever umbrella for our small patio. It is extremely sturdy (we used the weighted base). I am under 5 ft tall, and I have no problem opening/closing/adjusting this umbrella. All parts are sturdy, the fabric is strong, and is was very easy to put together. This umbrella tilts and swivels easily, so we can adjust it as the sun moves in the sky.I must note that the customer service for WikiWiki is phenomenal. I emailed a question on Sunday evening, and a reply was in my box Monday morning. There is also a text option. Fabulous! These cantilever umbrella can cost thousands, this one is an EXCELLENT value for your dollar. I would also recommend the heavy base, unless you will bolt it in.

Edit: Don’t make the same mistake – Beautiful umbrella just not very sturdy
Edit to add: Bought on 10/8/2024. Have only used a couple times due to weather. Now 6/2025 and has completely detached from the base. Little wind and it is now completely unusable. Umbrella almost fell on my head when it broke. I reached out to the company and the specific one I bought is “Currently Unavailable” which isn’t shocking as this item is a safety hazard. I was told if/when it comes back in stock, which we know won’t ever happen, they would send me one. I asked for an equivalent since this model is umbrella I was told they couldn’t do that so I basically donated $220 to this company. DO NOT BUYNot very sturdy.

Purchased this as an early Mother’s Day gift for my wife. We spend a lot of time on our deck and the son is blazing in the summer.Compared to the other models, I spent more on this one because of the higher quality materials and a design that would work better for our needs.The umbrella arrived today and I was able to assemble it in about 10 minutes. I was impressed with the easy assembly and the quality of the poles. I did run into some minor issues opening the umbrella since there was a piece of cardboard wrapped around the ribs that I could not see. Once this piece was removed, I had to move some of the arms around to get it to open with the crank. The size of the umbrella is perfect for our deck. We have sand bags thrown over the base bars for now, but will need to find a more permanent solution soon.The color of the red umbrella is lighter than I was expecting from the images, but the color is actually what I was hoping for. It matches the stain on our deck very well. There are some holes in the stitching where it is threaded, so time will tell if this causes issues with things like rain or wear and tear.I do like the detail and promise of great customer service in the packaging. I hope I never have to call for issues, but also hope that if I do their advertising will come through. It is partly this reason that I ordered this specific brand.
