Two styles that don’t mesh well.
This is a cheesy looking solar butterfly in the daytime. The butterfly is plastic with bright neon colors. The bottom is cheap looking resin rock and flowers in flat colors. The two pieces don’t match each other – neon plastic vs rustic rock. Bright colors vs dull.The stake that holds the butterfly is inserted into the rock but it moves around so you can’t lock the butterfly into one position.It lasted 10 hours after only being charged for a few hours so that is impressive.When the butterfly is lit up at night, it’s very pretty. But during the day, it’s odd looking.The cost is way too high for this solar light. Especially since it reminds of me something I would find at a dollar store.

Amazing wing flap animation!
By far the best solar light I have seen when it comes to displaying. I have owned a lot of different solar lights that light up neat little designs. I have not run across this type, which displays an amazing wing flap animation.The light animation is a bit confusing to toggle. You need to double press the button to turn on the animation; otherwise, it will stay in a solid state, which is still very pretty, but the animation is by far a step above.The battery life seems to be as advertised. I have seen it on during the evening hours and still working early in the morning before dawn. I keep mine close to a bench on my porch, and the sunlight it gets allows it to run all night. The bottom of the statue is sturdy enough for the butterfly to remain in place and doesn’t move or wobble.The base the butterfly rests on looks great and adds realism to the statue. The price for this solar light statue is reasonable for the size and premium look.
