Excellent quality
These chairs are beautiful. My favorite part is that I didn’t have to do anything to them besides put the legs on. They come fully built which is a dream. The only small annoyance is they are very firm to sit on. Like a rock at first but it seems they are slowly starting to break in and soften up a bit. Overall, great chairs at a great price.

Great chairs but are on small side make sure to check measurements.
These chairs were smaller than anticipated the back is not quite as high as I like and they are a bit lower to the floor then I would have like but that’s my fault for not paying well enough attention to the measurements the company clearly has stated.They are still great accent chairs and have good firm seating and will still be a great addition to our game room.Assembly was super easy as all you do is screws in the legs (no tools required)And bam done.But be aware of the size.Check the measurements to make sure it’s a good fit for you and your home.They shipped fast but we’re not boxed well I was thankful no damage was done in shipping when I opened as both boxes looked like they seen a war.Still great little chairs for the price and look great where they are placed and are functional for us.All and all very please with this purchaseHope my review helps and happy shopping.😊

More stylish than comfy
These chairs are beautiful and match my aesthetic, but they are not super comfortable. They’re not terrible, but as other reviews said the back is short.

I Love These Chairs
I was scare to order online because people keep saying they are small, well I took a chance and order these chairs and I am glad I did. The order was fast I order them on Saturday and the came on a Tuesday that was very fast. these chairs fit just right because I live in a 400 Sq. Ft Studio apt. Yes they are small but if you live in a tiny place this is great I show my friends the photo and they love it plus I also brought small throw pillow and a Persian Rug color red, Black, Gray and White Swirls, plus I also have a picture that is Black, White and Red on my wall. people think it is real leather that how rich it looks all I had to do is screw on the legs that is it less the 5 minutes I am a little upset on one thing the chair came down $14.00 now they are $184 I paid $188 Oh Well that Sell but I am Very Happy with My Yaheetech Chairs.

Very difficult to return product
I received the product in a timely manner. The product was easy to assemble. Upon assembling the product, we found it VERY uncomfortable. This chair was for my elderly father’s room. The seat cushion was extremely firm. The back of the chair was quite low (uncomfortable). I asked for a return label to return it within 2 days. I only opened 1 chair. Amazon gave me return authorization right away (thank you Amazon). However, the seller immediately asked for pictures (which I sent). They then tried to convince me to keep the chairs (or resell them) and accept a $50 credit.If the chairs are not comfortable to me, why would I sell them to anyone else? I explained that was not satisfactory, I’d like to return the chairs and get a full refund. After much back and forth communications, the seller said that according to Amazon’s return policy, “if there is nothing wrong with the product, the buyer can be asked to pay shipping to return the product. They said they would deduct about $49 for the return.” While I didn’t agree, I did not mind paying $49 for shipping.The seller then said only return the unopened chair. They eventually sent a shipping label for return. I took the unopened chair to UPS (as requested). The cost to return one chair was $156 (not $49, as suggested).I then took the chair to US Post Office, their charge to return the one chair was $180. That’s almost the cost of the product. I asked the seller for a postage paid return shipping label. I will not pay $156-180 to return a chair. Although the communications with the seller were not unkind, the overall process is quite painful and time/labor-intensive.As of this review, I am waiting to get the postage paid return label from the seller. I have also received my refund from Amazon. Even so, I’d like to return the chair, but not for $156-$180.

It’s what you expect.
I got a set of 2 chairs in white. The chairs are fine for the price. They are exactly what they look like and nothing more. Don’t expect a chair you can lounge in or sit in comfortably at a get-together. These chairs are stylish and a place to sit to put on your shoes or sit for a short chat. The seat is very firm but may loosen up over time. The back is low, so no back support to speak of. But for the price, these chairs are just what I was looking for. They are more or less a couple of accent pieces in my new office space, and they are perfect for that.Now, let me tell you about the shipping/customer service… I received these chairs separately on consecutive days. When I received the second one, there was a large hole in the box. Thankfully, the chair was not damaged, but 2 of the legs had fallen out of the box. I immediately contacted customer service, and they responded within 24 hours. They were quick to seem helpful and said “replacement legs are on the way”. a few days later, the legs arrived, and they did not match. They were round instead of square. No big deal – customer service was so helpful before, we’ll just reach out to them again. This time it was 8 days of going back and forth, providing photos of the different legs, photos of the box they came in, and asking for updates before they even said they would send new legs. And then it took another week to get them.So to recap, the chairs are what you expect for the price. The shipping is quite high due to their size, but you will get the chairs very quickly. The customer service is friendly but hit or miss on their speed to fix an issue. It was a month from the time I received my chairs until I had complete chairs. Not the sellers fault mind you, but I sure wish it wasn’t such an ordeal to get it taken care of… especially considering the $89 shipping charge.
