Purchased for decoration and I am pleased. I wiped them down with some mineral oil and there was a good bit of brown bleeding on the paper towel. I’m sure if they were washed properly and oiled they would be fine for serving too. Never tried that, but I can say they are a good value for aesthetics.

Smells HORRIBLE
These cutting boards had a terrible smell that wouldn’t go away no matter how many times I washed them. After the first wash, the surface even started peeling. Within a week, my whole kitchen smelled awful. I ended up throwing them out definitely not worth the purchase. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered the 3-set one and it is absolutely great, it feels good quality and looks very nice. I think it got damaged during the shipping process and when contacted the seller for a replacement or refund, the seller is very responsive and very accountable, I really wanted the replacement but it could not proceed and I received my refund very quick! Excellent and very professional customer service!!!
