Highly Efficient Dehumidifier
Based on its ability to fill the pretty good size reservoir so quickly, there is a little doubt that it is very efficient machine. However, custom support seemed lacking. Tried to inquiry multiple times, but all went unheeded & no response. So, it is appropriate to rate it three instead of stars. Only had it for a short time, so hope it will last. Will update as necessary. Be advised that running a long drain hose may not work well. Attempted once and was not very successful. Perhaps, I need to tape it to ensure it is level. For the time being, I just empty the tank whenever it is filled and that usually almost a daily requirement.

Nice elegant design
Got this new model and so far we are very happy with it. Setup could not be easier, just plug it in and go. It has been working for about a week now and is a really nice upgrade over previous models. Very quiet and cannot even tell it is running unless I am standing next to it. Overall a great product and will update after a few months for reliability and service.

Item is working fine…delivery was careless. Despite all the instructions ckearky marketing on the box, the delivery person put it upside down in 102 sunny degrees. There was also a hole in the box. Despite all that and the instructions I followed, the unit is working without a problem after having been placed right side up for 24 hour before use.

Small reservoir, but has been functioning well. I typically empty three or so times in a 24 hour period, keeping that area reasonably close to my target of 50%. Like the “Dry” feature.

This dehumidifier has some great features. I love the handles on the water reservoir/dehumidifier and the large digital display. We have used it in our finished basement and it is very effective. Easy to unpack and plug in ready to start reducing the dampness and humidity. I would recommend the purchase of this product.

Excellent dehumidifier. I use it in a humid bathroom and it is quiet and draws out the moisture extremely fast! I’m looking forward to using it in the winter when the outside temperature drops and condensation forms on the windows in our home.
