Great Value Dehumidifier
I bought two and for the last few months they have helped with my mood issues. They fill up fast, beep when done, and allow me to pick up and empty the buckets easily. They are not heavy, low noise, and the auto shut off feature can be very convenient. I don’t believe they take a lot of power when plugged. The quality is good, I think they are well built. Value for money is fantastic, they work well and the service team is response. My humidity levels have dropped in the house since using them in my main bedroom and kitchen.

Most Perfect humidifier and best customer service
Our house was super humid. After we done some research , we decided to make the purchase for this product . It works perfectly for my house. The humidity level form 80% dropped to around 55%. Humidifier runs with very little noise at night, I usually have it 24/7 on. After 16 month purchase the humidifier started having some small issues around one onto ago, and it’s already over the 1 year warranty. However, the custom support team provided me the absolutely great customer service. They ended up shipping me a new replacement. Highly recommended

Tip: How I increase tank to 5 gal- no drain nearby, don’t want to empty the tiny tank so frequently.
It’s a nice dehumidifier. Comparatively more quiet, more efficient and cheaper than many others. Only downside is such a small tank capacity.In my situation I needed to put it into a store room that had no drain. So placed it on a table* and led the drain tube into a 5-gallon bucket. But I also made an automatic shutoff (shuts power off at the electrical outlet to the unit, OR you could also wire it into the unit itself) using a float sensor, low voltage relay switch, low voltage power supply and small power strip.All inexpensive parts, and you can assemble your own shut -off if you don’t empty your bucket when it’s full (you can use any size bucket you want). I mounted my float switch in a 14-inch x 1 inch wide x 1/8 inch thick piece of aluminum stock (hole drilled in, can use wood) so I can very easily just remove it (it lays across top of bucket) it and put aside across a smaller container/bucket as I empty the bigger bucket. (You can also use the bucket lid or attach it some other way if you want.)I consulted Grok for parts list, instructions and wiring diagram. I don’t have any specialized skills.So now I can use a small quiet cheaper dehumidifier in a place where there’s no drain. And not have to lead long hoses, use a separate condensate pump, or drill holes in walls to reach the next room, etc.We shall see how the Waykar works out but so all is well. Even without the float sensor gizmo, the 5-gallon bucket idea is one that anyone can use immediately. Just see how long it takes to empty a certain amount of moisture from the air in the room and easily calculate how long you have until your chosen bucket reaches full (which I did the first week).Either way it works well.* PS: I removed the 4 caster wheels. Also, I plan to move the dehumidifier to a slightly different position on a bit lower platform to free up the table and perhaps gain a few percent “humidity sucking at a slightly lower altitude” but that’s neither here nor there. Main thing is that you can set up with a bucket right away, and come back if desired with the rest of the plan later.

This unit is for use in my basement during the warm an humid months. It is very efficient at removing excess moisture and keeping the area dry. I did have some trouble with the unit last July, contacted the company and got a very quick response. Lauren offered some things to check on the unit and we were able to get the unit running properly again. I was pleasantly surprised how attentive they were to my needs. I do recommend this unit as it is quiet, works well and customer support is readily available should the need arise. Parts are also available if needed.

O aparelho chegou com avaria, a caixa tinha algumas marcas de transporte porém nada que perfurasse a mesma. Porém quando desembalei o produto o mesmo começou a vazar óleo, vazou muito oleo. Tentei fazer a devolução porém como foi compra internacional o frete é por minha responsabilidade, e como o produto é pesado ficou inviável a devolução com o custo do transporte de retorno.Enfim, o produto está danificado, caríssimo, não tem garantia no Brasil. Sequer liguei com medo de algum problema maior.Um prejuízo absurdo.
