I can sleep again and no more mold!
Works perfectly for my extremely humid Sub-level apartment. I’ve been fighting humid for months and even ended up getting some mold due to the amount of moisture in the bedroom. I bought some temperature/humidity gauges for the rooms to go along with this. The settings seem a bit off, if you set the humidity level to 55, the room seems to be a tad bit dryer around 49-50% humidity. The humidity gauge I bought states that above 59% is considered WET and 50% is comfortable. So I keep the humidifier at 55% and it seems to work perfectly! The tank is big enough to wear I also only have to empty it every 3-4 days which is nice. It also surprisingly didn’t affect my electric bill very much.It’s a tad bit smaller than I had expected but that’s perfect for the bedroom. The little wheels make it easy to roll in to the middle of the room during the day and then in the corner at night or wherever you’re experiencing humidity. I’ve even moved it close to my closet since I experienced a lot of moisture in there. The humidifier seems to sense the humidity instantly and turns on!My apartment is finally comfortable and I don’t wake up in sweats or feeling sticky from the humidity! Definitely worth the price!

Went from 80% to 50% within a few days.
Working great now for over a month. I’m using this for my basement to help with humidity which was over 75% before I installed it. Now it’s at 51%, keeps the humidity level perfect, the air much cleaner and doesn’t have the mold smell that we had. Great value for the money, build quality is good, easy to move around, has a relatively short drain tube but is fine for my application. It’s quiet but the ease of use was why I only gave 4 stars, instructions are not clear on how to setup for different features. Settled on the first setting for humidity and set the level to 50. I like the display on the front to show the current humidity, which you can see from across the room.

Wonderful Machine
This thing is amazing. It has been so ungodly hot and humid this last 2 months. This machine is excellent at getting the water out of the air, I’m emptying it at least twice a day if not thrice! The house is so much more comfortable and I can immediately tell the different when it’s running. The digital screen and color coding for the humidity level is honestly really nice. This was worth every penny and I have recommended it to quite a few people who are also suffering from the humidity. It’s quiet and works fast!I don’t use the continuous drain mode, I just empty the tank because I have no where for the hose to drain to, but if you have a basement with a drain then the hose would be a wonderful option as well because it’s incredibly easy to set up.

Chinese POJ unit.
Well I bought this after doing some research. At the time about 7 months ago it had really good reviews. I would have gladly went with a named brand but this had good reviews. It worked great until about a week ago. It froze up. A solid block of ice. Took a day and a heat gun to un-thaw it. I turned it on again for a half hour just to test it and it started to freeze up again. So I looked back on the reviews and I started to see a pattern. Many people complained about the same thing, Works for several months and then starts to freeze up. There are only two main reasons for it to freeze up, one is its air intake or the evap, coil fins are plugged up and no air can flow over them causing them to cool so water freezes, and the other is that the coolant is leaking and its causing the coils to become too cold and freeze the water. So this one is the latter and I have seen that in other posts. This IMO is some kind of quality control issue. I wish there was an alternative to buying Chinese junk. When I buy another one I will give this company a miss. I tried to find the warranty on this and Amazon is very elusive on where to go. I checked the company web site and there is no information on any warranty. Would have to most likely ship it to China and that would be more than this unit is worth. So hope this helps others in not buying this junk.

Works Amazingly Well in My Basement!
I’ve been using this Ludatido dehumidifier for about 5 days, and I’m really impressed. My basement used to feel damp with a humidity level around 62%. After running this unit continuously for one day, the humidity dropped to 50% and has stayed stable ever since!The machine is quiet, easy to set up, and the 6.5L water tank is large enough that I don’t have to empty it too often. I like that it automatically shuts off when the desired humidity is reached, and starts again only when needed—it’s energy efficient and very smart.The humidity reading on the machine matches my separate hygrometer within 2%, which is great accuracy. The air in my basement now feels fresh and dry, and there’s no more musty smell.Been using it for a few days now and it’s still keeping my basement nice and dry. Really happy with this one.
