Amazing Humidifier, Highly Recommended!
This humidifier is absolutely fantastic! I’ve only been using it for a day, but it has exceeded my expectations. It raised the humidity in our large master bedroom from 35% to a comfortable 50% in no time. I attached a trend to show how well it works, you can clearly see the steady increase in humidity. There’s a brief dip in the trend when I shut it off to move it to the other side of the room, but it quickly picked back up once restarted. I also adjusted the setpoint back to 50%, and it maintained it effortlessly.One of the best features is the large 5-gallon reservoir, which means I don’t have to refill it constantly, it lasts for hours without any interruptions. The design is sleek and blends well with our decor, and it’s so quiet you hardly notice it’s running. My wife absolutely loves it, especially how it keeps the air comfortable without being overwhelming.If you’re looking for a high-capacity, reliable humidifier, this is the one to get.

Best Humidifier that I’ve every had.
This humidifier works great – just as advertised. The unit humidifies my whole house. There is no need for a second unit. My heat feels like it is evenly distributed throughout my whole home. There are no more dry noses or dry air. The rotating exit vent helps to evenly distribute the humidity. The large tank negates the need to fill the tank more offen than previous humidiofiers that I’ve tried. Since this is an unltrsonic humidifier, there is no need for filters or noisy fans. This is a great humidified at a great price.

Puts out a lot of mist
What a great humidifier!! First time in 25 yrs that our humidity is actually normal for wintertime. So much better than any other humidifier we had (and there are many). No clunky filters, easy to refill. Almost no noise. I can’t say enough good things about it. I highly recommend!!

Works good BUT…
UPDATE, They seen my review and offered a full refund so I’ve added a extra star.The unit works pretty well but the 180° spinning feature for the mist tube locked up and started clicking after just 19 hours of running and now the mist tube doesn’t spin anymore. I aligned the arrows for the tube as instructed during setup and everything and the rotate feature still broke/stopped working within 24 hours. This was pretty disappointing for a $200 unit and that’s why I can’t give more than 3 stars as returning the bulky unit in my area would be a pain and an would take an hour worth of driving to have it shipped back.

Keeping My Skin and Plants Happy During the Dry Winter Months!
This 5 Gallon Humidifier has given us a new lease on life with adding comfort during the dry winter months to our dry skin, as well as our plants, that usually struggle during this time. We appreciate the fact that it is easy to fill and has a big capacity, not needing to be filled that often.The controls are easy to use, without even needing the instruction book for reference. The humidifier moves easily, but we’ll only be moving it with a minimal of water with the weight involved. It’s a solid, high-quality unit that we feel will be serving us for quite some time. Our only wish that the water level was easier to view, as even with the light on, it’s a challenge for us to read. If you’re in the market for some moisture relief, we highly recommend this unit.

Save your money!!
Save your money! On high this thing is like a fog machine and blows through the tank in a day. On low the moisture just falls straight down (& still blows through entire tank in 2 days). My nose/face/skin dries out badly in the winter so I need something that’s going to project moisture over my face. This isn’t it. It soaks the side of my bed but doesn’t touch the air around my nose/face (approximately 2’ away). Also, wheels do not really roll over carpet or threshold differences (if you have any bumps between where you fill it and where it will be used it will tip right over) so you end up carrying the whole 5 gallons which would be totally fine if you were only filling it once a week (or if it got the job done) but that is not the case at all.

Features Deliver as Promised
I choose this dehumidifier because it has features others don’t have, and yes they all work well. First – it’s huge. It holds almost 5 gallons of water. The thing is – I hate filling a humidifier that holds just 1 gallon. This thing has wheels & I can wheel it up to my sink & take the extending faucet & stick it in the tank & fill it up like a hose.Even on low this thing needs to be filled every 2 days or so, carrying 5 gals back & forth to fill it would be inconvenient. How much water it uses is just how it is, I have other humidifiers & there is none you can fill once a week & forget it. I’m not sure why all the other larger humidifiers don’t have wheels – but they don’t, as they are much easier to fill if you can wheel it somewhere & stick some type of hose in it. You don’t want to have to lift it when it’s filled with 5 gals of water – it’s really heavy.There is an app & you can control the settings on your phone – it actually works as it should. No problems reconnecting when I unplug it to fill it. It comes with a remote, but I prefer to just use my phone, as you can change settings & program it from anywhere, it’s not just Bluetooth. It’s quiet as well. The display could be brighter, but it’s still visible.I set it to shut off when it reaches a certain humidity level – usually 45-50%. There are 3 diff levels of output, if you have it on high it puts out big clouds of fog & will quickly make your room cloudy & go through 5 gals of water in a few hours – you only need it set on low for even the biggest rooms.There is 1 thing that could be improved. It’s very hard to see the water level in the tank when it’s being filled. If you put too much water in, it immediately starts leaking out the sides all over the floor. I’ve found the best way to see it is to look at it from the side with a flashlight. Still, a few times I’ve over filled it & made a puddle on the floor. To be fair I don’t fill it plugged in, I unplug it & wheel it over to the sink, there is a light in the tank view – so it may be easier to see if that’s on when plugged it. It would be nice if there was some type of float that you could see from the top telling you it was approaching full.If you need a humidifier to fill a large space & would like to be able to set & control it with an app – this is probably the best choice out there.

Got it a few weeks ago. It works okay. But there is an inordinate volume of the mist and it cannot be adjusted to lower levels. The tank lasts around 24 hours. There are no instructions about how to clean it. More instructions would have been helpful. Thank you
