Broken part
One of the hooks was broken. Like the style, very sturdy would like a replacement hook(hanger) if possible. Too much of a hassle to send whole coat rack back. One of the spindle not painted in a spot.

Gorgeous!
I have to say I am so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and starting this coat tree is! I love looking at it so much. I barely wanna hang anything on it it unfortunately did not come with a user manual so took me a couple months to put it together, but overall I am satisfied.

No instructions
I really like this coat rack/hat stand. The dark red wood was just the right color. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it came without instructions and I had to figure out how to build it myself, which I did. Also, it leaves exposed screws. At this price point, there should be a way to hide those screws, happily, they are not very noticeable. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase.

Great except for no instructions
I think it’s exceptionally well-made and beautiful, but unfortunately, it did not have instructions with it. Being the smart woman that I am, I figured it out. Very easy to put together plenty of screws.

Product was easy to assemble…But after a month, one of the arms broke off…After writing a review, the Manufacturer reached out to me…They requested a picture, and are now sending me a replacement part.It is wonderful that a manufacturer is willing to stand behind their product.I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a good looking functional piece of furnature.
